So far they have worked great. Both kids are wearing them. The one with heel pain has not complained since starting to wear. She wears in tennis shoes and soccer cleats.

The other one is just super flat feet so want to see over time how it helps.

The customer service is abysmal, they only have an AI agent respond to your emails. Our insoles never arrived and when I tried to contact support we went through two different email threads of talking in circles. The shipping company they use has no way to contact them about a missing package, and they try to make it your problem. We have yet to receive either the product, a replacement or even a refund. It might be a good product but it’s a bad business.

We love the shoe inserts for our daughter who is 8.5 and plays soccer 4-5 times a week! She was complaining of heel pain and felt relief very soon after wearing these. They are not a cure-all, as she still needs to stretch and strengthen, but they make all the difference in providing support in both her everyday shoes and cleats! I am only removing one star for the shipping time frame, as these took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I wish that were clear in the description!

My son has flat feet and his ankle leans in from no arch support.
We have tried other brands that did not feel good to him and he refused to wear them.
I saw your advertisement on Facebook and loved his soft and cushiony they looked.
My son works in a restaurant on his feet for hours.
He had such a smile of surprise when he put them on with how comfortable they are and his feet don’t kill him after work anymore and we couldn’t be happier with his footstr insoles!

I bought two pairs for my 9 year old son.The first time he wore them he noticed the comfort and healing properties.I had him wear them when we went out on a long walk and he never complained about his feet or legs hurting

Stay away from this company.

I ordered shoe inserts for my 11-year-old son in US size 7–7.5. Instead, they sent me inserts that look like they are sized for a toddler. This wasn’t a small sizing issue — what I received was completely wrong.

I contacted the company expecting them to simply correct their mistake. Instead, they told me that I have to PAY for return shipping to send back the incorrect item they sent me.

Why should a customer have to pay to fix a company’s mistake?

At this point, I don’t want a replacement or anything else from this company. I requested a full refund, but they are refusing to refund me unless I pay to return the incorrectly sized product.

I will be filing a consumer complaint and disputing the charge through PayPal if they continue refusing to provide a full refund without making me pay for their mistake.

On top of all this, the inserts themselves feel cheap and low quality. After this experience, I would not recommend either the product or the company.

Stay away. There are plenty of other companies that actually stand behind their products and take responsibility when they make a mistake.

Easy enough to order, reviews seem positive, but still haven’t received them after 2.5 weeks. The shipping company’s tracking system is dodgy and Shopify isn’t much help. Hope we receive them soon because I’d love for them to help my son’s pronating flat feet!

Absolutely DO not order. There is no contact number and I’ve emailed 3 times over the last 3 weeks and have gotten NO response.

Footstr insoles have been a true blessing for my son! As a competitive athlete, he was constantly complaining about his knees and heels.

The first day he wore them, the complaints stopped! Just three days later, after basketball, he said, **“My knees and feet didn’t hurt today! They always hurt, and they don’t anymore!”**

As a mom, that made my heart so happy!

My son has been suffering from over pronation for a while and he’s never been able to tolerate inserts until now. I’m so happy that he’s finally got some relief! My only regret is that I didn’t get these sooner. I will definitely be purchasing them again and I highly recommend them.

Great product! I got the is for myself and my daughter. She had constant foot pain and this has made a world of difference and she states that it helped her pain go away. I need to keep a stock pile of these so I can have them for when we need to change them out.

Great in my daughter’s running shoes but more difficult in her football/soccer turf shoes.
She felt the difference immediately and loves the fact they are orange too!

The product was sent to the wrong (15 year old) address that footstr purchased. I noticed the mistake immediately and your team didn't contact me for 3 days. Conveniently after "nothing could be done". The item was shipped over WEEK later! Scam....

This has been great for my son. Even his physical therapist has been impressed with how is ankles are strengthening and aligning better. Flat feet can really reek havoc. The inserts have really help with the pain too. I love to see him keeping up with the other kids.

My son loves these. He wore them on the first day of school and told me his ankles and knees didn’t hurt. He will be adding another set to his hockey skates!!!!

We were looking for something to ease my son's heel pain. Every time he would step off the field he would be limping and the pain would last into the next morning. These inserts came and it was almost immediate how much better his feet felt. I ended up buying inserts for all five of us! They are always bundle deals and delivery is quick. Love this product and will continue to purchase.

I never got the items I purchased and still have not heard from customer service. Do NOT BUY!!

My daughter has dealt with heal pain/ Severs for the last couple years. We've tried lots of things, but these insoles have been the most helpful for relieving pain. She says the pain is almost completely gone! It's been an answer to our prayers.

There is no reason in this day and age to be waiting over 2 weeks on a product. It only takes 3 days to get to the moon - I could have been there and back 3 times by now! Also, I did not know they were coming from China. No transparency=no trust.
