I was skeptical but willing to try anything to give my son’s feet some relief from Severs. He said they were so comfortable in his cleats and he had no pain! Also, STRETCH!!!

They sent 3 women’s size 11s instead of 3 size 11 men’s. I tried contacting through their website but getfoostr.com is no longer working.

This was the only thing that helped fix my severs disease. I have bought one pair and instantly bought more and even emailed to ask when it would be shipped because I was in such need of it. This was the best product ever made!

I am claiming that I never received the item I ordered.
The company sent me a tracking number, but there is something very suspicious about it. According to the tracking information, the package was shipped on 3 June, while I only placed my order on 5 June. It is impossible for the item to have been shipped before I purchased it.
From my point of view, this raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company. I believe customers should be very cautious when dealing with them. Based on my experience, I think the authorities should investigate this matter.

I’ve said it before, the insoles are great and affordable. Made a big difference for my kids with all the soccer they play. Shipping is the big issue. Expect 2 weeks minimum after placing your order, I’m sure it comes overseas and is extremely slow. Example, just placed an order May 25 and not received until June 11. You can email customer service, response time varies in my experience and is usually more than one day. They won’t be able to tell you much besides “John” always saying he’ll look into it and get back to you which doesn’t happen. Eventually, they just get delivered (through GOFO which I’ve never heard of until buying this product) and then you’ll get flooded with emails about your order status AFTER you’ve finally received them. Not helpful.

Descriptions made it easy to find the correct insole. Fast easy checkout. Shipping took a bit long.

Terrible delay in shipping and follow up. Finally bought a pair on Amazon but they do not perform as advertised.

These insoles are absolutely amazing. I originally bought them for my son, and he loves them. He says his feet feel refreshed, he doesn’t get as tired, and the pain he used to experience is gone.

We first purchased two pairs, and he liked them so much that I ordered another pair for him and a pair for myself. Since we work in retail and spend long hours on our feet, I’ve been sharing the link with all of my coworkers because I know they can benefit from them too.

I highly recommend these insoles for kids who play sports or have foot discomfort, as well as for adults who stand and walk all day. They really make a difference.

Their customer service is also excellent. I thought there was an issue with one of my orders, but they responded quickly, professionally, and clarified everything right away.

Overall, I 100% recommend these insoles. Great product and great customer service!

The product purchased was not what I received. I thought I was protected by PayPal, but even after returning the wrong items at my cost to Sweden, I have not received my refund, which is disgusting and absolutely terrible service!
I have now just received my returned parcel sent to FootStr on 21/5/26 back 27/7/26, it is claimed it was unclaimed. So not only am I out of pocket for the incorrect item I am also out of pocket for postage to Sweden as per your instructions. This service is awful and I will make sure I tell people how terrible the product and service is!!!

They are way to big and I bought 3 different pair

My daughter has been wearing these insoles for a couple weeks now and has mentioned that her feet don't hurt as much as before. They have also helped with keeping her foot aligned in the shoe, keeping it from leaning outward/over where her arches sit in the shoe. As a result of this issue she was constantly dealing with the back of her shoe rubbing against the back of her ankles because the shoe was being pulled forward in the back when it leaned with her arches. She still has some pain in her feet but doesnt complain about her back and the foot pain is much better than before. I brought two and do intend to buy her more in the near future. Great product

These work really nicely and are as described giving a nice cushion and support for the feet. They can be used in dress shoes or sneakers. My son loves them. I have ordered 3 pairs so far. My son got a new pair of shoes recently and he wanted me to make sure I got a pair for these as well.

Ordered 1 pair, then when finishing paying a notice for a 2nd pair at a discounted price comes out and I clicked it and it automatically ordered it without even giving me the chance to review it and I went back to previous page, so I didn't think anything of it!! When going through my emails right agter I noticed a 2nd charge!! I emailed right away and the man named James asked which pair I wanted to remove on a completely different order after I sent 2 screenshot and gave the order # twice then another man named John emails me in same thread about a giveaway and not resolving issue!! Not happy with customer service nor how the website runs!

UPDATE 4TH JULY - Still no products, still no refund and still no communication as promised in their most recent email response on june 15th. Disgusting
Update 6th June 26 - Still no product and still no refund....terrible company to deal with.

Order March 18th, item arrived wrong size, contacted them immediately only to be met with a response that its our fault, even though I had an email confirmation that stated a different size to what they'd sent. After loads of emails asking for return address and policy, they said they'd send out the correct ones "as a gesture". Still waiting, several emails later with a copy and paste response each time saying theyve been dispatched, but won't provide shipping details and refusing refund as apparently the items are currently in transit.....farce. Now May 16th and still arguing....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We needed something for my daughter and her ankles as she was having issues last year so we thought we would try out Footstr. Only have had them for a few weeks now but they definitely seem to be helping. Hoping that it will help long term for our girl as she grows. Thanks a bunch

I ordered three pairs of insoles on 4/18 and received them on 4/28. Unfortunately, one pair was the wrong size. I contacted customer service immediately and was asked for photo evidence on 4/29, which I provided the same day. On 4/30, I was told a replacement would be sent out. However, it has been a week since that confirmation (today is 5/7) and I have not received a tracking number or any further communication. I like the product, but the resolution process has been frustratingly slow.

May 19 ... nothing yet. except today I receieved a reponse to my review on 4/30, telling me to reach out to footstr for a replacement. hmmm, I already did? didn't I say that in my review? Did you read the review?

The inserts were delivered quickly and provided instant relief to my 11 year old son. He always complains of heel pain and is very active in sports. Over time we have noticed his pain is becoming less and less. We will be ordering more to go in all his shoes and cleats. He doesnt want to accidentally ever be without them.

Easy way of shopping and ordering, and good updates on order status. Inserts worked great in sports cleats. Waiting to see how the hold up in my sons wrestling shoes next. So far, great product and giving my son some much needed comfort while participating in sports.

I’m really happy with these insoles—they work great! Within a week, my son’s foot pain eased significantly. After getting additional pairs for his other shoes, his foot pain has now massively decreased. I was so impressed that I ended up buying several more for extra support.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! It has been almost 1.5 months since I ordered, and my order somehow got lost (I can no longer track it). I've been emailing with customer service, and they aren't helping whatsoever. The only time I hear an "update" from them is when I reach out, even though they say they'll contact me shortly (they never do). I've requested either a refund or new products, and always am told that they'll reach out to the team to figure out a solution. I am tired of receiving apologies when it comes to their unclear communication. Bottom line is that they don't care about their customers, and I've already reported them to the BBB for basically stealing my money. There are plenty of other insole companies out there that provide just as quality, if not, better products, so please do NOT purchase from Footsr. You don't want to go through a similar nightmare of an experience that I am currently battling.
