wrong.size late shipment terrible communications

They are great and my son said just after wearing them for 1 day he can already tell the difference. No more knee, ankle or back pain from his flat feet turning his ankles in.
The only draw back was the time it took from the date of purchase until they actually arrived. Shipping process took forever!

Have not received order. Cannot get in contact with company.

Changing my review. The inserts took quite awhile to arrive, but once they did my son gets to enjoy them. He really likes the way they feel. We shall see if it helps with his Osgood knee.

The website that these are made in the USA, but I am waiting for them to be shipped and it says international shipping and waiting at customs. Wtf. Also, when it asks for my review, if you select one star it takes you to an email if you select 5 stars you get this website… hmmmm not shady at all.

Never received my product. Haven’t heard from them when trying to contact. The “tracking” info is super vague with updates every handful of days. It’s been over a couple weeks and who knows where it actually is still. Website says it’s an American based company, but one update said arrived at country of origin’s export or something like weird that. Don’t buy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told my shipment was delivered and it was not. I have tried to contact customer services multiple times through their email for the last week and I have heard nothing back. I feel this is a scam and a phony email address. There is no other way to contact them. DO NOT BUY! I am out of $50.

The insoles came in a timely fashion, and oh my God, they are comfortable. I ordered 4 pairs for my twin boys, and I got myself a pair. The best insoles ever.

She is 11 and wears them in her cheerleading shoes as well as her daily shoes. These insoles haves saved her from many falls from stunts. They help absorb the impact from hard landing, the jumping, and just keep her feet aligned when she is walking.
