Just getting a ride to work that…
Just getting a ride to work that morning was a feat. Although I was told it would be 20 minutes. It took an hour to get there as more than one driver dropped and they had to find a new one. That happened about 3 of the 5 times I used the service. Most everyone was very nice.. I'm grateful to get from point A to point B. Thank you. Vicki

I had to go to emergency care for a medical problem this week. When I called for a ride home a driver was assigned to me to be picked up. When the driver couldn't find me he left. So, I called go go grandparent customer service and she found me a driver near by to pick me up. The representative stayed on the phone with me until the driver arrived. They gave me such peace of mind to be well taken care of with this company.

I am leaving a second review
I am leaving a second review, to add onto the one I left yesterday. A supervisor named Liz called me back and asked me to call her about my bad experience. I called back and was thrown on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever came back to the phone. Hung up called again. Same thing. Finally got through and told Liz what happened. I tried to discuss what went on for 3 1/2 hours yesterday and she made excuses and pretty much blamed me because she said I wasn’t respectful. I told her respect is earned and when people are laughing at me, hollering at me, refusing to book me a ride, refusing to explain what’s needed and hanging up, I do not respect that action and I do not respect the person and she’s saidwell that’s probably why they complained to the Office Of The Aging about me because I wasn’t respectful. The Office Of The Aging does a lot for me - for them to go in and slander me to them is underhanded and will cost me a lot of grief being a senior with 100% disabilities -they did not care- ignored most of my questions and hung up on me. This company needs to learn how to treat people decently, the way they would want to be treated, before running a business. I’m disgusted.
