I was considering using this service. After I called customer service, I was met with a very surly young man that totally insulted me. I swore at him and hung up the phone. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible drivers and horrible customer service
I had terrible experiences with this company!! I am a Senior Citizen using a walker and never had a satisfactory experience! One time the driver spoke very limited English and drove right past my destination place turned the corner and drove into a deserted alleyway and stopped telling me that this is where I needed to get out! Another time I was on hold with an operator for more than 20 minutes without getting help finding a driver to take me back home! It was in the mid 90 degree heatwave and I was forced to walk home using my walker, When I canceled my membership and asked for my money to be refunded for the remaining 2 weeks of the month they told me they didn’t give refunds only ride credits! Outrageous! I wouldn’t use this company nor recommend this company to anyone!!

I gave up driving a couple of years…
I gave up driving a couple of years ago. Go Go Grandparent is always there for me when I need to go somewhere, AND when I need to get back home, too! I'm 75, and I don't know what I'd do without the helpful, always-courteous assistance I receive from Go Go Grandparent, every time I order a ride.

The person that took care of me was very nice. He was polite and he explained each thing that he was doing to me and what each everything was gonna be on my test and I already got my test results. A very resourceful driver
For this ride with GoGo, I was to be picked up in a large strip mall of businesses that all had the same address. I was quite concerned that the driver wouldn’t be able to find me. But when he saw that he had a problem locating me, he called me on the phone and was able to get to where I was very quickly.
