This business deducted $20 from my bank…
This business deducted $20 from my bank account without my authorization cancelled my membership but won't refund my money. I live on retirement and can't afford the slightest deduction from my Account. I'm finding it necessary to sue them have them refund my money and pay all court costs pain and financial suffering and intend to shit their business down .

We’re sorry for the frustration and concern this charge caused, especially given the impact an unexpected deduction can have on a fixed income.
We reviewed the account and confirmed that the membership enrollment was discussed during a follow-up call with another representative. During that conversation, the fixed income plan was explained and accepted, which is why the membership was activated and the related charge was applied.
That said, we understand that you were unhappy with the charge and no longer wished to continue with the membership. Although membership charges are normally nonrefundable, we have gone ahead and processed a refund of the most recent charge as a courtesy.
Your membership has been canceled, and the refund should appear back on your original payment method once your financial institution finishes processing it.

The dispatchers are too often confrontational
The dispatchers more often than not are confrontational bordering on useless or if you are very lucky friendly and helpful....one never knows what to expect. Additionally, I feel a lot of stress, (which is bad for my heart and nerves) whenever I am forced to use them. Moreover, some go out of their way to be nasty forcing me to contact their supervisor (who are always professional) on more than one occasion. Furthermore, they do seem to enjoy playing hateful games. Does anyone police these people? Some people have referred to Go Go as a "scam from a foreign country", while others in less flattering terms.
The need for transportation services for elderly people is urgent so when a group like Go Go Grandparent (a most patronizing and absurd name) take advantage of their position it must be reported.
Network with your friends to warn them about these people and record every conversation. Contact your elected officials and write articles about their conduct. If you are desperate, use this service, otherwise call a friend for a ride or take a bus.
Response to ownership: Please know, that I have spoken with management on more than one occasion concerning these truly nasty operators not to mention lack of service with the result being an apology and a discount on a ride. Yes, this helped, but the problem still exists. In response I have conditioned myself to start taking the bus when possible...asking friends for rides or simply staying home. Moreover, it must be said at this point, that your supervisors always responded in a most friendly and professional manner. No doubt probably due to having had a great deal of experience with such matters.

New to GoGo's ride service
This was my first experience to rely on a ride service and not do the driving. I was apprehensive altho GoGo's introductory directions & follow-up reminders were absolutely clear.
Both drivers were on time & took logical instead of convoluted routes.
I was late getting out of eye surgery but found the driver patiently waiting--I could not use my phone to let him know. Very thoughtful of him to have waited.
GoGo will definitely be my ride provider based on this first experience.

Used this service once
Used this service once. They have been taking out 20 a month since that 1 ride in January. Customer service was not helpful. Said someone talked to me about renewing my membership.
1) did not know I had a membership
2) NO one has contacted me on renewing said membership.
3) Since that ride I have NOT used the service nor the membership that I did not know I had.

The last person that picked me from the Marlborough Ma court house was great.He took me first to the UPS store so I could get mail waiting for me there.He did not leave like the other drivers did in the past,he stayed and the drove me back home.
