Had to cancell train holiday this year…
Had to cancell train holiday this year with this company.had a few issues first off,but once we ironed out problem they have very helpful,we are re-booking next year for the same holiday,once back on my feet after hospital treatment

After making a mess of an on line booking, we rang up instead. The young lady on the phone was helpful and caring. Being older folk we appreciated her.

Highly recommend Great Rail Journeys for travel.
I have always received excellent service from GRJ Head Office when booking a holiday over the phone. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Booking process was very easy over the phone. And the holidays are second to none. Excellent value for money. Extremely well organised holidays, and I have been on several GRJ holidays over the past 11 years. Highly recommend Great Rail Journeys for travel.
