The Rocky Mountaineer and Alaskan experience unsatisfactory booking confirmation
Following my complaint about the booking process I had a response from Great Rail Journeys, with an updated Welcome Pack and Quote that matched the email quote I had been given. I am satisfied now. Thank you
The Rocky Mountaineer and Alaskan Cruise Experience 9-24th May 2027 is just what we have been looking for. The booking staff are friendly and helpful. However we still do not have the information we asked for concerning an upgrade to an Ocean View Cabin. We have paid the additional deposit for this, but not received the amended booking quote in spite of repeated requests. We have been told that the conversation regarding this 'has been recorded' but this is not good enough. We have paid a substantial deposit and have not received confirmation of the upgrade to an Ocean View room we asked for in spite of the deposit level being amended accordingly.
