Booking this holiday was not too bad…

Booking this holiday was not too bad but there were a couple of confusing elements that did slightly spoil it and make it a 4* rather than 5*. It was difficult at times to see if the upgrade we had chosen had actually been taken into account until we were at the payment part. I wonder if this is something that could be looked at for the future.

Great service

I spoke to a lady called Adel and she was really lovely to talk to. She made it so easy to book the holiday we wanted. We are very excited about our train journey with you.

Booking made easy…

Brochure and web site were good but when I wanted to speak to someone got through straight away to Adele who friendly and excellent. Received a very informative welcome pack very promptly. Just made booking easy.

The pricing was very misleading as…

The pricing was very misleading as there was no indication of additional cost to travel home by rail until the booking page! Also, the discounts were unclear.
