So far great! I wasn’t asked at booking room type - realised and email twin rooms needed and that has been confirmed. I also have requested forward facing seats via email which have again been noted.

Dont seem to know what they are doing.
Asked for a quote for an extension to one of their landmark (ie v expensive trips). Took 6 days to get a response and then they quoted for an extension to a completely different trip. Have wasted a week and now looking at alternative travel companies.

I had difficulty paying on line it…
I had difficulty paying on line it showed 60000 for my trip and my credit card declined.
So the next morning I called and booked with a person and my trip was booked.
