Always have a good experience with this company, the customer service is excellent & a great choice of products

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with, so I DO NOT recommend. I have ordered a pair of Wellington boots; they came is a large box and the box in a plastic bag with was ripped off. The boots had a nice colour, however, very uncomfortable and not fit on the size - too large on the feet and very tight on my calves...Plus very rigid... I had to send them back. As the bag they come in was not reusable, I put the label on the box, secure the box with tape and sent it back. After a number of days I got an email saying that because there was tape on the box they can't accept my return and I need to pay them to send the boots back to me. It is true I didn't read their return policy, I only saw that for returns I need to pay for the postage.. I never come across a company who wouldn't allow you to secure the box with tape, and in the same time to not send an additional bag for returns if they want the box to not have tape on it. Therefore, I found this very unusual and I asked to speak with one of their managers. After more than one week a manager called- and I was grateful for that- however, here is coming the worse part of the whole experience- the manager I spoke with was unbelievable arrogant and sarcastic, even rude. So, again, I cannot emphasise enough that this was my worse ever experience and I truly believe I will never ever come across such an arrogant sarcastic person.
BTW, I paid for the boots to be sent back ( so all together the postage cost me around £14.00, so about 18% of the boots...
I found better and more comfortable Wellingtons boots on Amazon, from Cotswold Sandringham company. Same colour, but almost half price and most important, more comfortable! Also, I didn't have to experienced any rudeness!

Really poor customer service week on order still not be dispatch don't trust this company customer service not botherd only to take your money if not going to send goods I want my money back people you been warned about this company go elsewhere

I order a lot of things from this online store. Supplements, boots and rugs. Only once was delivery time poor. This week I ordered a rug which was reduced. It was with me in Northern Ireland in 2 days. Excellent service. Cant really fault them at all and will continue to order items.

Order most of my equestrian products from GS Equestrian. Free returns means if anything isnt suitable it can be returned at no cost which is great. Any issues I've had have been sorted out promptly. Dispatch of items can be a little slow but it worth it for the customer service and range of products they keep. Will continue to support!

Ordered a horse rug, which said was in stock, but it took 11 days to arrive, they are a online business who doesn't hold stock , but the rug is good, but if your in a rush don't order from these people.

I am still waiting for my order with no idea of when it is going to be sent out. I received an email saying due to high volume there was a delay but still no products or any idea when they will be sent. In the meantime they still continue to take orders and my horse has no rug. They seem to advertise cheaply and then do not deliver. I think it is just a way to get customers to the site - misleading advertising with no intention to deliver.

Really bad experience and would be purchasing from here again. Ordered a pair of boots (not cheap) was supposed to be sent in 2 days but didn’t hear anything for 4 days. Then got a email and text saying my order was cancelled with no explanation as to why. When I called the customer service I had a very unhelpful lady who just said they can’t send it as they are out of stock and they aren’t getting any more. She was very rude and abrupt. Would never order from them again due to the lack of communication and terrible customer service

Excellent selection of products and good value for money. Everything I bought was great quality and delivery was fast. Very pleased to have found them.

The staff was friendly and helpful, delivery arrived no issues. I did have to return a couple of items as they didn't fit. Returns was easy, I had no problems and would definitely buy from them again.
