The quality of the dress I ordered was dreadful. Did not resemble the picture of same. When I tried to return it they did everything to make it such a frustrating process deliberately so the buyer would give up. Offered me 25% off, to keep the dress and get a bigger size, free. Anyone wishing to return an item has to jump hoops to do so, return it to China and pay all tracking and postage. It's a TOTAL SCAM.Very clever ploy. Suck the buyer in with a pic of a lovely dress which in fact is cheap and ugly, get their money and then slink off!! Despicable!! You have been warned.

The dress I received was nothing like what I ordered, and was poor quality. There is no London part to the company - any returns have to be made to Hong Kong - at the buyer’s expense, despite being contrary to consumer rights. They finally offered me a 30% refund and 15% off future purchases (as if…) to ‘help their carbon footprint.’ I’m still waiting for any refund, and they have now changed their email address. Do not use this company.

Complete scam of a business. The 'premium breathable fabric' feels like a shower curtain.

No labels or washing instructions, won't be wearing it anyway.

Cheap shell of a company, Harpers of London my arse, item took 11 days to arrive direct from China.

Avoid at all costs.

Don't purchase from this site. The quality is poor thin material. And the clothes are expensive.
Returns are back to China at an additional cost so don't bother buying off this site

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Do not buy- material is horrific and quality of clothing awful. They look nothing like the pictures or adverts. When asked for a refund I was offered £3.45 instead of the full price and told I’d have to pay for a tracked international return. Absolutely awful service in every way and a complete con. I will be taking further legal advice against this company as a matter of principle.

Do not buy from this company. I did believing it was a company from London. It isn't it's in China. So not only has it been well over three weeks since I ordered the tracking company have stated that they have tried to deliver twice. They haven't, I have been home on both occasions. I've missed wearing the dress at a wedding.
I've tried emailing the company and the delivery company and haven't received any replies. This is obviously a scam on Face Book and I'm going to try and get my money back somehow.
*Update * The dress finally arrived and like others have stated looked nothing like the XS petite dress that I ordered. It's huge shapeless and not made from the same dress pattern as the video, o and yes the material does feel like a shower curtain! Replies to my emails from me stating they are a scam company and that I will be taking this further have been non existent. Except for photo of proof of delivery. This is the first time I haven't used PayPal I used SHOP. HELP beware!!

Do not buy from this company l!! Material is like a shower curtain! They look nothing like the dresses in the advert. Impossible to return. Will cost over £20 as they have to be returned to China! I bought 2 dresses and wasted £60. Can’t believe these companies get away with it!

I thought the material for dress was similar to waterproof shower curtain!
If you look at their website they claim the material is “ premium breathable fabric ”
Took over 2 weeks to arrive but really wishing they hadn’t as it’s costing me £23 to return them to China, shocking!
Just need to see if it gets through customs as I see this has been an issue with other customers

Absolutely shocking quality...products look nothing like the advertised items and it's impossible to get a refund. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company.

Ordered 3 dresses which were sub standard. Returned these to China although my bank statement states Harpers Wardrobe Uk. Parcel went through customs but was refused by recipient so got returned to me. Emails back and forwards just kept saying ‘thank you for your patience while we deal with this’. Went on for weeks. I contacted my bank and thankfully they got me my refund. Keep clear of this company as you try to return to them but they just return to sender

Unbelievable! Harper Lane London advertised that they are moving store and that they are selling the current stocks at a discounted price rather than to bring it all with them. Also advising customers after placing the order, that it will be delivered via Royal Mail. You will assume that the shoes will be delivered from London right? Don’t fall for it! I ordered a pair of shoes on Thursday 27th May, I kept on chasing the order and I stated that London was not far from where I live and the tracking number has not been recognised in the Royal Mail website! After a few emails, I was told that the shoes were coming from abroad! I even told them that what they had stated on their webpage was false advertisement. The delivery arrived on Thursday 12th June. The quality of the shoes was awful! Not worth the price nor the wait! I asked for them to organise the return and refund! I am absolutely furious! No one from Harper Lane London had got back to me yet about arranging the return and refund of their sub standard product.

I echo everything else that other reviewers have said. This company is an absolute scam. Ordered three pairs of shoes in a size 7 - arrived after 3 weeks and all a size 6 so no good to me at all. Having emailed multiple times to chase the order I reckon it will be useless trying to get a return and refund. Will have to suck it up and see if I can sell privately. Not impressed - do not buy from this company.

Shocking !! Dress nothing like photo! Material rubbish !
Ordered xs , I could fit 3 people my size into the dress I was sent ! Colour not like photo either !
The dress is not from London as we all thought it’s from China !
Up to now no refund has been offered, to send back £21 delivery that’s without tracking !!
Will never use this site again , absolutely shocking !

Like others have said the quality of the shoes which I bought are shocking. Cheap and nasty plastic and do not look like the photos. It’s a complete scam by a Chinese company posing as a UK based boutique.
Customer service is awful and ask you to return to china! This costs a small fortune and they will offer a 30% refund and 20% off your next order! That definitely won’t be happening! Shoes are headed to the charity shop!

Terrible place to deal with, little response to E- mails when I needed tondo a return. Quality of dresses is nothing like the picture, awful material and a very bad fit!!! Do not purchase anything from this seller , worst experience of shopping online EVER!!!

Echo everything everyone else has said. Cheap nylon material, dreadful customer service, dreadful communication. My only saving grace was that I paid for the items via PayPal so I raised a dispute and they found in my favour so I received a full refund without having to send the items back. If you are tempted to buy, use PayPal.

Products arrived, not from London but China, the quality is rubbish made from cheap nylon. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Same as everyone else. Awful quality and nothing like the picture. Have emailed, don’t hold out any hope so have raised a dispute via my bank.

I’m really disappointed.
The dress patterns are lovely but the material is very poor quality. I have fed this back and now I am in a battle trying to get them to reply to me with the return address for a refund. Do not purchase from this provider!
