Appalling company. Sent the wrong shoe size and the quality of what they sent is abysmal. Refused to send the correct size without me paying more. and trying to charge me a fortune to return them, even though it was their mistake.

Dress arrived - awful cheap material and not wearable.
Asked for a refund - no problem they said if I posted it back to china!! Gave me a 20% refund instead but wasted £25 on something that is cheap and nasty! Stay away from ordering from them

Contact your bank, and do an indemnity claim - the bank will give you your money back and then they contact the company

DO NOT USE THEY ARE. SCAMMERS. This company was dissolved in February of this year. They will take your money and you will receive a pile of garbage that they will not refund. You will lose your money. See my previous reviews which names the scammers behind this.

Dreadful - bought shoes, really poor quality and the broke with 10 minutes of wearing them. Had to put them straight in the bin

Would give 0 if i could. Just dont order. Items are not like the pics or video. SCAM. They are cheap and badly made. I could have had a go better myself. Return is a rip off on purpose to incourage you to keep the item for 20 % refund. Trading standards should be aware.

Dreadful product, dreadful service, impossible to return to CHINA at customer expense. Company Dissolved by voluntary strike off Feb 2025 and continues to trade. Don't purchase anything from them, would not recommend, it's a scam.

Complete rip off! Dress (Elsie) was £36. Dreadful nasty cheap material, sewn by a toddler. Would only give a refund if sent to CHINA by Royal Mail tracked service (£23). I was offered 10% refund and they were ‘delighted’ to tell me I could keep the dress! Utter cowboy robbers. Avoid at all costs.

Complete scam - not a London company - comes from China - AWFUL quality - can't return items. Just such a scam - don't know how they can get away with it.

Ordered two dresses , one was good quality, other wasn’t. Both too small so wanted to return them. Thought they were UK based but they are not. Contacted them by email, three times, for refund/return information but no reply. Thank goodness I paid by PayPal who resolved the issue for me. BIG thank you to PayPal.

Please look back at my experience since February. I finally got 50% back but not £25 postage. This is after over 20+ emails back and forth.

SCAM company. Items come from China and are absolutely dreadful - cheap, nasty and ill-fitting. They will do their utmost not to refund then when they offer a refund (40%) they never actually give it. I wish I'd read these reviews sooner. UPDATE - I opened a claim with PayPal who ruled in my favour and awarded me a full refund.

I returned items 2 months ago to Hong Kong and no response.
Do not attempt to purchase anything from them as it’s a waste of money.

Well there's one thing, they are consistently awful.
I'm sure there must be legislation to protect us from these criminals taking our money under false pretences
I hope they quickly get investigated and shut down.
I agree about the poor quality of items. That do not match the website.
Plus they insist on a policy of returns refund.
However, you can only engage with a customer service email address. You are asked multiple questions why you want a refund. And told not to return anything until they inform you. Then you have to pay postage charges.
After 4 emails I'm still waiting for a response. So I can return an item.

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing! Complete scam - the website and clothes look really professional and legit with high street price tag, however on arrival, the product is really poor quality and awful material, sent from China. The clothes aren’t even worth £5. When asking for a return, you will need to foot the shipping cost yourself all the way back to China. Avoid at all costs

SCAM COMPANY NOT IN LONDON AS ADVERTISED!
I ordered a dress, it eventually arrived it is cheap inferior material, and the sizing too small. I have been trying to get a refund ever since with them offering me a 35% refund, which is totally unacceptable. I then received an email from someone claiming to have previously worked for them saying 'they wont refund you go to your credit card company' which I think is all part of their scam/bullshit. Their 30 day complete refund policy is a joke. Like others, I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying!!

Order two dresses in two sizes, took 11 days to arrive & no reply to my email asking when it would be delivered. The dresses when they finally arrived are absolutely AWFUL!!! The quality it horrendous, material feels like a shower curtain & a cheap shower curtain at that!! Colour isn't the same & the pattern is blurred, fit is terrible & looks nothing like the picture! Requested to return but was offered a 10% refund & keep the items. I declined & requested a return/refund & was then offered 20% or I can return but I have to pay the import tax. This is obviously a scam because they will not pay the tax & I won't know how much it is so they will not refund as they won't be in possession of the items & they will eventually be returned to sender (me)! Which means I would also be out of pocket of the return postage costs as well!!
I am SO cross with myself that I did not read these reviews before placing my order.

As everyone else has already said, an absolutely awful scam company! Their website is very glossy and their products look good. However, the ‘lightweight, breathable fabric’ is 100% polyester. Due to this misdescription, the fact that they advertise themselves as a UK based company and the extortionate return costs to China which are not clearly stated at the point of sale, the company are in breach of of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am sure I will never see my money again so please don’t give them yours either!
