I thought I purchased from a UK based company, it absolutely isn't. The fabric poor, sizing incorrect. Sent several emails requesting a return address, after replies saying sorry your not happy, no return address. The last reply was, would I like 10% refund as I will have to return the item to Hong-Kong, at my own expense and they recommend tracked. I replied that I will pay the post and would like a full refund, no reply. Don't bother ordering a waste of money and time.

Dress poor quality and sizing wrong . Tried to return , not been sent return details . Avoid using this company .Based in China , not London .

Ordered two dresses, absolutely shocking quality. Awful cheap nylon material and sizing completely wrong. I have sent 6 emails regarding return address and full return. No reply.
Where do I go from here?

shoes, a pile of plastic rubbish, velcro strap!!! nothing like the ad. An absolute disgrace, wouldn't pay tuppence for them. so cross with myself that i fell for this crap, someone needs to stop them advertising!!! perhaps the bbc one show might be interested. minus if possible.

Ditto to every other comment on this site, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Misleading social media posts, quality of material & finish is cheap & no response from my email to return my item. Doesn’t deserve even the one star!!

I reiterate what others say here. Cheap goods and no response to emails for return. Do not waste your money.

Very misleading and I received cheap items that are made badly and don't fit. Again, returns either are convoluted and you have to pay the costs to ship back to China, or your offered a small % refund and you can keep the item.

The company contravenes British and European trading standards.

Shame there isn’t an option to give no stars. This is the most awful company. I didn’t realise my order would come from Hong Kong and take nearly 4 weeks. And would have to be returned to HK when it is supposedly a London based company. They are clearly making money by relying on people not sending stuff back because it’s too much hassle and too expensive. My ‘dress’ which was more like a tent, was supposed to be a small but measured 46 ins across the bust. Horrible cheap material and badly stitched hems etc. They initially offered to give me a 10% refund to ‘save the hassle of returning it and save on carbon emissions’! Very deceptive! Do not buy from this company!

One star is being over generous!
I ordered the Roselle dress. It looked great in the photo but when it arrived it bore little resemblance. It is of the poorest quality with flaws in the fabric. Quite honestly I have better quality dusters. The company were keen to respond when I queried delivery but they have failed to respond to my request for a return address.

I really wish I had used Trust Pilot and read the reviews before purchasing. At least I know not to send it back and instead learn from the experience.

Is there any way of requesting that Facebook take this company off their site?

Absolutely do not buy from this UK company and all you are actually buying is cheap Asian polyester clothes!
It’ll cost you an arm and a leg to return for a refund so you won’t bother, therefore the company are quids in and you’re out of pocket!!

I ordered two blouses from Harper london when they arrived they were too small and I was not happy with the quality I requested a refund and multiple emails later have received no satisfaction they kept offering discount vouchers if I kept the articles but I was not interested but wanted a refund
I assumed that it was a london company I was dealing with but turned out I had to return the goods to an address in China costing nearly £30 which I registered to be signed
Since then I have had no responce

prohibitive return process .
Offering return options , but had to pester for refund , only to find "London " meant China !!
Large postage charge .

I ordered a blouse from this company believing it was UK-based, as stated on their website. However, the item was shipped from China, and the quality was absolutely appalling — cheap fabric, loose threads, and poor stitching. It looked nothing like the photos online.
When I contacted customer service to return it, I was told I’d have to ship the blouse back to China at my own cost, which was more than the item itself. Their responses were slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. They refused to take any accountability for the misleading product or false advertising.
This business is not transparent, and their return process is designed to discourage customers from getting their money back. Avoid at all costs — I would give zero stars if I could.

Absolute scam! The clothes that arrive look nothing like the pictures and are shapeless and made of 100% very cheap polyester. No chance of a refund, no response to emails, they might as well come up to you in the street and steal your money. Can't believe they are getting away with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible. Dress arrived looking like a nylon overall. I’ve emailed 4 times and had no reply. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Poorest quality ever , bought a pair of shoes for 55pounds and trust me you would not pay a dime for those shoes , such a rip off

After getting no response to emails and seeing the poor company feedback. I opened a case with PayPal who promptly sent me a temporary refund while they investigate. I recommend doing the same or opening a case with your bank if you paid by credit card as you might get a refund through them.

I returned a blouse on the 17th of April because the quality was rubbish, and it looked nothing like the photograph. I thought I was dealing with a London store but instead it came from China!! I have e mailed on numerous occasions after being promised a full refund. I am still waiting for it. Please DO NOT buy from this company,

Misleading!
If they have a London store, why have we to return these shoddy shoes to China? Awful quality, the straps don't even reach the buckles. Dreadful materials and finish. Avoid, they are a rip off.
