The product was very poor standard. It was shocking how poor the shoe was.
It looked nothing like the picture did not fit and badly made.
They were massively over priced

My item finally arrived and it’s just awful.A wide leg play suit but looks nothing like the photo.The material is like swimwear and it’s short!What a waste of money.

This is a scam. I have reported to my bank. Be careful as I have now had attempted fraud on same account and bank wondering if this links back to this company. Should not be allowed to trade in UK. And what is so disappointing is all the reviews, nothing is being done to stop them

They should be ashamed of themselves do not go near this company.
They do not respond to emails the quality of dress was terrible unable to return item.

Thought the shop was in London. Bought shoes which took a long time to arrive. They were too small and not the quality promised. The return address is China! Reluctantly accepted 30 % return.

Dress advertised on Facebook. Dress arrived and quality was awful. Material was like umbrella material. When asked to return was told to return to address in China and I wine have to pay the cost!

This is a terrible company, please avoid. If item doesn’t suit, you have to return it to China at your own expense. Cost as much as the item. Never again!

Avoid this company...dress was extremely poor quality and when I wanted to return it was total grief and only got 1/ 3 of the cost back.Dont waste your time buying anything from this website...

This company should be ashamed…..what an absolute waste of money. This ‘dress’ has taken over 3 weeks to arrive and I now see that it’s made its merry way from China. I remember making a similar outfit in 1982 in my needlework class at school. I didn’t wear that one and I wouldn’t be seen dead in this effort either. Cheapest fabric used and it bears no resemblance to the dress that the model was wearing on the website. As others have mentioned, returns are to China at the buyers expense. Someone’s rubbing their hands together making a small fortune somewhere. Avoid like the plague……

I saw an advertisement on Facebook from this company (Harper-London) with a dress I really liked. The Facebook reviews were all good other than the dresses were very long. I am 5 foot 7 so this didn't matter to me. I looked at the reviews on the website and they were 4.5 stars out of 2350+ reviews. The company shows as being based in London. After looking at the website and seeing another dress I decided to order both. They were in the sale and I got an introductory offer. I order a Lidia and an Elsie dress and the total was £60.21 with all the discounts. This order was placed on the 15th April. I was expecting with it being a London based company delivery would be a few days. I didn't hear anything until the parcel eventually arrived on the 30th April. A message a few days before saying it was in Customs made me think it definitely couldn't come from London. The dresses were both absolutely awful, the quality and the material were all I can describe as nylon and really shoddy and absolutely nothing like the quality of the dresses shown in the advertisement I had seen. On the 2nd May I asked for a refund as on the website it says 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. I didn't hear anything despite numerous emails and was at the point of contacting my credit card. There are no details on the website as to where you have to return the items. Again with it being London I thought it would be easy. I did receive an email on the 14th May, still no mention of where to send the items but they offered me a 10% refund if I didn't return the items. There is absolutely no way I wanted these dresses. I emailed back and said no, please could they let me know the details of return and at this point I was told China at my own expense and was offered 20%. I told them this was insulting and did get the address. I went to the post office and to return the items would have been £23.50. After now looking at other reviews I wasn't sure that my items if I posted back would actually arrive and I would be completely out of pocket so rather than this I accepted the 30% that they finally offered. The 30% did go back onto my credit card but I am still £42.15 out of pocket. They make it all out that they want to avoid returns to save the environment but this is all just talk. If they were that concerned the items wouldn't be shipped from China and be of such rubbish quality that there was any need to be returned. They tell me I can donate or gift the items. These are just fit for the bin. I so wish I had seen these reviews rather than the ones on their website. Not sure what else I can do other than to warn potential people of this but it is a tough lesson I have learnt and I certainly will not be making the same mistake and if I can stop anyone else from doing the same then I have helped in a small way

False advertising, giving the impression they are a London based company and the dress I ordered took over 3 weeks to come from abroad, material is terrible like plastic table cloth material poorly made, no labels on the material or washing instructions or anything, I read other reviews about the charges to return so cant be bothered and learn not to order from a unknown company. Please do not order as you will be very disappointed. Also false advertising claiming that goods were £70 and reduced to £35 to make it look like you are getting a bargain, I am sure they haven't been sold at all for £70.Please do not be taken in by the website.

I cannot yet tell you about my experience, as I have not received my purchase.yet.However, I already feel cheated, as the product was advertised as made in UK and the company being in London.Then, I saw the same product sold by Aspen London. I checked my delivery info, and saw that the product comes from China.I would have never bought the product ,if I knew it is made in China. I try to stay away from Chinese products.I will write about the experience, when I will receive my dress. I am concerned, as I had already been cheated on the design & production of the product. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!
Here I am back on my review today 9.06.25 , when my order arrived. It was ordered on 23.05.25.
It is a total disappointment , that I was expected , when I saw that this was a Chinese company, which is advertising under 2 British names: Harper London and Aspen London. The dresses have nothing to do with the video presented in the advert, they are horrendous, and fabric is and looks cheap. I will not be able to wear these 2 dresses that I ordered outdoors. I will wear them indoors when doing chores. Conclusion Do Not Buy Anything From Harper London or Aspen London as they are Chinese companies under cover, which will deliver some horrendous outfits.

This company is a big scam. I recently ordered some shoes on the 11May and 16 days later I still haven’t received them.This company is base on false promises ,and pretending to be base in London which they are not. This company is base in China. Please be aware.

SCAM COMPANY. READ THE REVIEWS. This company is a fraud. The company is in China, returns are impossible. You have to pay for your own return. I ordered an item and tried to cancel less than 24 hours. Their reply was the item had been already sent (no it hadn't) and you can only cancel an order after 4 hours of ordering!! Shoddy goods - sizing completely wrong. There is nothing to say about this company. It will close down and reopen in another name. BE AWARE

Ordered 5 shoes I’ve received 3 out of 5 shoes and the quality are poor. Made of cheap materials! False advertisements. Picture is way different from the item I received not looking forward for the rest of the shoes!😣

Item looked good when it arrived. I wore and washed it once and it started to come apart at the seam. Requested a refund and was informed by “customer support” they only accept returns if defective on receipt. Don’t order.

Shocking! A complete scam do not use this company! You have to return goods to China at your own expense, products are absolutely below standard. Awful Awful Awful, worst ever purchasing experience, never ever again, be warned.

2 dresses arrived after waiting 3.weeks. they say XL but more like large. I've tried emailing to ask for a return slip and credit but address on website cannot be found. I may have lost my £46 but I suppose I've got the dresses. I'll give them away.

If i could give zero i would. They advertise as Harper London and say they are having a sale. Absolute crap. The goods arrived weeks later. From China. Not like they were in the advert, far, far too small (shoes that shd be a 6 were more like a 4). And to return, HA! I'd have to pay to send back to China and pay unstated amount of customs fees.

The dress I ordered arrived after 2 weeks, poor quality not what it looks like in the advert, want to return but I have not heard back, just seen the return address as Hong Kong , the advert is very deceiving no mention of this being a company from China, even down to the name “harper-london.co.uk”.
This company is a scam.
