Do not buy from this company, they are scammers. They are not based in London but Asia. The clothes are cheap and tacky. I ordered a top and dress believing they were a UK based company. How wrong I was !! The clothes delivered were cheap fabric and very badly made. They offered me a 10% refund which wouldn’t even cover the cost to return to Asia.

This is an out and out scam. Company pretending to be a quality UK brand relocating within Londo and therefore selling stock. None of this is true. The product is shipped from China and the shoes are only fit for the bin. You live and learn .....

After checking the website, this business seemed genuine. My order arrived today after more than 2 weeks of waiting. The quality is very poor and the finishing, which the website said they were very proud of, was not good. I was expecting a cotton dress but a polyester dress (just like an overall) arrived. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this company at all.

Dreadful. Their website assured no quibble returns. It turns out you have to return to China at your own cost. DO NOT USE!

ABSOLUTE SCAM - I am taking this up with PayPal regarding the fake discription of these shoes, cheap nasty and definitely NOT as advertised.

This company is completely fake, the clothes received are such poor quality they are not even fit to wear. Why is this company and others like them able to continue to steal money from people. They refuse to give refunds and ask you to re-order again !!!

They have taken my money but the goods are substandard
I order my size what I got smaller size
I am trying for refund no joy
I wish I had not bothered to buy I will be more careful in future
They don’t want to help
I have reported them to Trading Standards

Update 29th May:

Raised a chargeback with M and S Bank and today received notice of a full refund. If not already tried, and where appropriate, suggest this is worth trying.

Avoid at all costs! This appears to be their business model:

Have no physical presence in the UK but give the impression that you have; for example an address of Queen Victoria Street can be found online although this is presumably false.

Advertise great looking items but deliver cheaply made items in their place.

Offer 30 day return period on the basis that the customer will discover that they have to ship to China and then realise this may not be viable given the cost compared with what they have already paid.

Offer a 10% refund; it’s best to quote from their e-mail with regard to this:

Would give zero if possible. The thing they advertised as a dress and the thing that arrived had no comparison to the picture on website. I have just wasted £30 on something that I would not use as rags. Absolutely disgusting can’t even begin to know how they can get away with this totally fraudulent trading.

Avoid using this company at all costs unless you are certain the item you choose is perfect for you. Their returns policy is terrible - you have to pay postage and send to China wait for three weeks until they confirm they have received the item and then hope you get a refund. Item I bought looked nothing like the pictures on line! Avoid disappointment and hassle and shops elsewhere!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, GOODS ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY.
EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES TO RETURN ITEMS WITH NO REPLY AT ALL.

Recently ordered shoes from this company. Advertised as stock clearance as moving premises in London.
Really wish I had read reviews earlier.
Shoes received after 2 weeks in transit from China.
2 to 3 sizes smaller than UK size ordered and patently not the shoes seen advertised quality wise.
Don’t hold out any hope of refund.
Recommend researching before not buying from this company, Harper Lane , London.

Do not order anything from this company! They are based in Hong Kong and supply 100%polyester poor quality dresses. You will not be able to return anything or if you do it is to China at great expense and will never be acknowledged. Suggest you contact your credit card company requesting a refund using Section 75 if order is over £100 or Charge back if less.

False advertising, product not the same as photo. Over-priced rubbish from China. Steer clear!!

Seriously not worth 1 star.
As stated by everyone else, this is a total scam.
You will get the clothes but they will be nothing like the quality, size etc and you will pay a lot to return them and that will be the end of it.
No refunds, wasted postage and you’ll be left frustrated and annoyed. So don’t buy anything. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I’ve learnt a big lesson.
My lesson started in January and has just finished in May when, having chased this up for 4/5 months, my doorbell rang and the items returned as NO ONE was at the address to take them.
You will be promised a refund….you won’t get it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering this sub zero quality clothing which takes 3 weeks plus to come from China ..not as company name suggests. Trying to return is another nightmare ....money down the drain. Stay clear !

Please do not buy anything for this website. The offer 24/7 customer support and no fuss returns..... none of which is true. I have got 5 items of clothing, which are such poor quality. No refund or returns guidance provided, have emailed numerous times... with completely no response.

This company is a total scam, clothes are a lot more expensive than Shein, but quality isn’t as good, to get a refund you have to return to China, I paid £40 in postage for it to be ended up returned back to me because it wasn’t collected in China although that is the address I got told to send it to. Absolutely furious, paid over £240 for a six items of junk.

As per other reviews. Really disappointed with dress - such bad quality. I have no idea how it looked so good online. They call themselves Harpers of London to fool you into thinking that goods are from the UK not China. I have asked for a return label but no response as yet. I think this is just going to have to go in the bin and I hope noone else is fooled by them.

Do not order from this company. Item not as expected - very poor quality probably made in a sweat shop in another country. No customer telephone number to contact. You need to email to get an address to return the item. Done that - still waiting for a response. Please do not waste your money!
