Great job walking me through the entire process

Was very easy to use.

Working with Capitalise was easy and stress-free. My financial advisor recommended rolling a few of my accounts into one, and Capitalise handled almost everything. They sent the necessary paperwork, contacted the appropriate companies, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I only needed one phone call to approve the two transactions; everything else was handled by email. Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Capitalise!

Found an old 401k and they helped make the process very easy.

Unfortunately, my 401(k) was lost during the rollover process, which caused a huge amount of stress. Nathanielle from capitalize emailed me a ton of questions back-and-forth but refused to actually give me a phone call and instead emailed me a phone number that I could call to a different department. When I tried calling the phone number there were no agents available and no one ever called me back.
To be honest, this was not the best experience. I initiated a rollover, probably about eight weeks ago now and it just finally landed in my SoFi account yesterday. I was highly disappointed with this experience and as you can imagine losing someone’s 401(k) should’ve at least warranted a phone call from your company.

Capitalize made it soooo easy to do this rollover. I was amazed as to how soon it was completed. Thank you so much, I highly recommend your Capitalize.

The pre-paid and self addressed envelope that allowed tracking of the rollover check's progress was also helpful and reassuring.
