Made process of receiving checks from 401k and sending them to IRA custodian very easy, took about 15 minutes to get process going, much quicker and simpler than trying to do myself, and free to customer.

Easy process without me having to as questions.

The 401k rollover to my IRA was extremely easy thanks to the Capitalize platform.

Communicate was awesome, steps were clear, process was seamless. The customer service was top notch. (Very unusual these days) only thing that didn’t mesh up exactly…. My check arrived prior to my mailer. So transfer was delayed.

Super seamless and regular useful updates. I never thought this kind of service even exists for 401k rollovers! Moved from Voya to a Robinhood.

It did not do what it was supposed to do.
It said the money will be deposited in my IRA account in 8-12 business days but it took the double or more.
Their integration to look into my 401K account was good and got it approved quickly but did not have the provision to see if the check has been dispatched and to whom.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through the process step by step with my former TPA over the phone to get everything authorized. Scott was so friendly and made it the most efficient process I’ve ever experienced in an IRA rollover, especially over the phone. No forms, no emailing or faxing paper work, just excellent B2B on the phone and I got the check deposited just a few days after. Easy communication, good experience

Derrick asked questions of the people in our chat that I didn't even know to ask. When I had a question, he made sure I got an answer and that I understood it. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate.

Capitalize made something I've been putting off easy. Alana Peterson was great to work with, courteous, pleasant, and very helpful.

I had a 401K to rollover and Capitalize made the entire process super easy. Once I initiated it, I got an email explaining how it would work, got an envelope in the mail within a few days and once the check arrived I sent it to Sofi and it was all done. Super easy and Capitalize kept me updated. Definitely use them again.

The priority mail envelope took a week to come to my home from the day I started and after mailing the checks back to the broker it still hasn’t reached to them in a week. I was told 2-3 days for each. They should have used priority mail express.

Overall good experience the tracker aspect was off by a few weeks is my only feedback
