Best customer service Zane and James were so efficient only took 10 minutes to get hire car

Have been using Hireace/BRC for several years, ever since they answered a call one Sunday evening with a real human, after attempting to call other rental companies and only had robots who couldn't help me.
They NEVER let you down. Always a pleasure to deal with on phone or in person. Often upgraded to a better car. Always good cars.
I usually use their Mount Wellington office but this time from Auckland airport for a two-week rental. Their 'Premium location fee' is very good compared to everyone else and their courtesy bus to/from the terminal is a great service.
Cannot fault this company and will be back again next year.

Hireace really helped me on my last minute booking for a 12 seater van. Even though it was Friday and everyone was looking forward to go home, a big thanks to the staff for waiting patiently until I arrived.

Very good customer service atboth pick up and drop off. Hireace provided a good van at reasonable cost. I will definately use their service next time.

I hired a small car from Hireace to get me to work, while my car was out of commission. The car was perfectly suitable and well priced and the team were outstanding. They did everything in their power to make sure that I received the vehicle clean and on time according to my requirements. They were very friendly and approachable. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

I’m very happy with the hybrid car I rented from Auckland Airport /Bargain Rentals, and their customer service and policies. I’d compared car rentals online a month earlier, and chose Hireace because they’re locally owned and operated and their costs were clear, transparent, and fair. I chose the Platinum insurance option for ease in potential difficulty.
I had a little confusion about the airport transfer site, but thats an airport issue. The pick up/ return process was efficient, the car was clean and reliable, and the staff were friendly and informative. I’d absolutely use them again.

My transfer bus to their office was only a minute walk. I was late coming out of the airport and the driver, who was also the office staff, had waited for me. He made the process picking up the car very easy. Happy with the Corolla I hired and once again, easy drop off. Thanks Bargain rentals

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Booked a van for 10am, got to the office and nobody was there and a sign on the door to call someone, when I called the person said it would take another 30min to arrive. Honestly, why even bother asking what time you’re going to pick up the rental car if nobody will be there to serve you???!!!

I woukd highly recommend useing hireace if you are looking to hire a truck or whatever you need the booking process i found to be fast and efficient staff are really good quick to reply back to emails and very welcoming mangers i found to be very helpful they allowed me to use my work id beacuse my license has expired which om so greatful for thankyou hireace you made everything an easy process

They pick you up from the airport and take you to pick up your rental. When you take rental back they will take you to the airport
