Booking was easy on line , even at short notice for same day. Rather than wait for email confirmation, I rang the Onehunga depot and they confirmed my booking so I could go ahead with preparations. Trailer was clean and functioning. The staff very helpful in hooking up the trailer, connecting the electrical cable and testing it.

Excellent price for hiring the vehicle, which was in great condition. Customer service was friendly and the contract was clearly explained. The driver who took me to the airport when I dropped off my car was safe and professional. I would recommend having some kind of phone holder in the vehicle for use of GPS navigation.

Everything was made so easy, explanation of agreement made easy. Friendly staff. Car was in great condition.

The boys at Hireace Henderson were premo, they were really helpful with putting the trailer on the car and taking it off when we took the trailer back thank you guys, will be back again if I need to move stuff

After some initial pickups and issues at the call center, I received a call from Dan the general manager and amazing service by the Christchurch Hornby team, truck was everything we hoped for and the kit and moving equipment was clean tidy and easy to use, definitely recommend Hireace in future

Friendly staff from the get go. Hassle free administration, majority was completed online. Car didn't miss a beat, clean, tidy and fueled up upon receiving. We'll done the staff at Bargain Rentals Christchurch airport.

Easy online booking. Staff from Hirease picked us up and also dropped us back to the airport. They were very helpful and nice and it was so easy with no stress whatsoever. Definitely recommend them and will use this company again without any hesitation. Very happy customers.

Hired a car for travel to Dunedin from Queenstown and back through Discovercars.com. Was allocated a rav4. Older car but was comfortable and easy to drive. And very reasonably priced for the 6 day hire. Shuttle service from the airport to the depot was good, did cost $30 extra for return shuttle but car was cheap so that was fine. Staff were lovely and great to deal with. Handover was quick efficient and easy. Would definitely hire a car from Bargain Rental cars again next time we go to NZ.

The customer service was exceptional. Were very obliging and made sure our ski rack which the 3rd party agent had missed from the booking was sorted. Really great car and nice efficient pick up and drop off. Location great as well. Very close to airport which makes it easy for departure. Will be booking again.

First day arrived to Christchurch and don’t know Hireace will pick me up from airport to there yard and pick up the car! Staff are friendly . And I am happy about condition of the rent car .

What a ripoff. Booked a van on the website for a one-way trip to Auckland. Received the quote and proceeded to confirm. Then I get a follow-up email detailing extra charges - more than $200 one way fee, massive extra charges because I used a debit card... All of which could have been shown as one proceeded through the website booking. What a ripoff!

Bargain Rental Cars Grey Lynn helped me feel comfortable right from the start. When I mentioned that it was my first time driving on the left, the staff made me feel at ease. They gave proper instructions and a few tips to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them. I will definitely choose them again when I need a car.

So far, i have rented trucks a few times across NZ, but the Glenfield branch turned out to be my best experience so far. Yanitz and his colleagues are friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at explaining all the options that Hireace is offering. I will definitely return to Glenfield for my next rental.

Amazing service

It is so hard to find a rental company for a business that doesn’t give company cards to everyone. The person we spoke to at the Wellington airport branch was so helpful and walked us through the process of giving authority for a non present card holder. 10/10 for the experience

It was an easy process pick up an drop was a breeze staff was very professional and very helpful would recommend to go through them again.

Great service , easy pick up from the airport and they transfered our luggage from the shuttle to the car. Easy check in and check out and friendly service. Dave
