Customer service was great but warehouse poor as sent my parcel wrong way which I paid extra for (got refund ) as a gift to ho with us to the states don't never arrived in time, being returned on my return.

Great products and bought on offer so great value, my silver F**** it necklace was a bit lighter weight then I imagined think it would sit better if slightly heavier but that just a personal choice

Hoops & Chains is a brand I followed online for a longtime and recently I made my first purchase.
Unfortunately the rope chain I bought fell off the first time I wore it & it was only because it was caught by my dungarees front pocket that I didn’t lose it. I’ve worn it a couple times since, but the clasp has now broken. So less than a week after it arrived it’s now not really wearable. Gutted. As overall it looked how I hoped it would.
