Shemagh was perfect size and material
Shemagh was very nice, one of the only companies that do a size 58 so if your tall this size Is perfect. Material is quality and naturally gives the middle point when wearing over the head.

Fantastic quality and super friendly service
I am really happy with my recent purchase. Thobes are premium quality and the colours are lovely. The service received was impeccable even when I contacted them middle of the night they were able to amend my order without fuss (several times). Thank you so much. Looking forward to ordering again in the near future.

Resposta da House of Thobes
Thank you Nasreen for your review. We are extremely pleased to hear you enjoyed our service and your order. We look forward to serving you again in the future!
excellent quality thobes
excellent quality thobes, I wished that the there was a much bigger variety and perfumes available. if you are looking for a simple purchase this is a great go to but if you are looking for a variety of thobes this one is probably not the best, you probably want to look for a much bigger & specialised store with a wider array of choices. Other than that the service was excellent. I liked the fact that they keep their thobes aligned with Islamic guidelines rather than modifying the simple look of them to appear more fashionable with modern designs. delivery came quicker than expected, definitely recommend !

Thank you so much for your review! We are pleased to hear you liked the thobe you ordered but unfortunately had to return due to sizing. Your refund was issued on 7th November. You should have received a seperate email confirming this. I would advise checking your junk folder incase it has been sent there. The refund should be reflected in your account within the next 10 working days. It usually is alot sooner but will depend on the timescales of your bank. It has all been cleared from our end and I hope we serve you again in the future!

Design of the thobe is ok but for the price paid you can get a premium quality thobe where as the one I got was thin material and slightly transparent even though its black and sizing runs much smaller than UK sizes despite following the measurement guide. It has been washed once only and the colour you can tell is fading.

Resposta da House of Thobes
Hi Marcio, thank you for your review. It is disappointing to read this review as we take great pride in the thobes we produce. As a brand owner, I have worn the same thobe you have purchased (which has been washed several times without any issues) so we would love to look into this further. In terms of the material, it is a slightly thinner material as it can then be worn in both the summer and winter as required. This decision has been based on most of our customers preferring this type of fabric, however I appreciate this might not be preferred by everybody. If you could please email us at info@houseofthobes.co.uk with any pictures of your thobe we will be happy to look into it further. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
