Very good thobes
Very good thobes. Bought 2 and they feel very good on the skin, sit loose on all the right places. Would come back if the tariffs in Norway didnt bump up the price on these so much..

Thank you for you review! We are very pleased to hear you liked the quality of the thobes. Regarding the tarrifs, we are always trying to work on providing a delivery service that does not require any extra tarrifs on your orders. We hope we can make that possible soon. We really hope we get to serve you again in the future!

House of Thobes were very professional and very patient as I had to return one of the Thobes. They were very understanding and supportive. I have ordered from them a number of times and the Thobes are of excellent quality and reasonably priced too. Highly recommended

The service and delivery were…
The service and delivery were excellent, items received on time and communication was great.
Ordered for an occasion, very happy with the quality of thobes although one of the sizes were out of stock unfortunately.
Just a shame we have to pay back what was meant to be free delivery for returning extra items ordered due to sizing, this was deducted from the returned item, plus processing cost and return postage fee paid.
So do bear this in mind when ordering multiple items.

Hi Latifa, thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you liked the quality and service of your order. As you decided to return one of your items, your order fell below the free delivery promotion threshold. As stated in our returns instructions and returns policy, we reserve the right to deduct any initial delivery and processing costs incurred from a refund where the free delivery promotion threshold is no longer met. This is a policy that is employed by many other small businesses too and we hope with your continued support we will one day be in a position where we can offer a more flexible policy as well as free returns (in shaa Allah). Thank you for shopping with us and we hope to serve you again in the future!
Very good customer service

Hi, your order was shipped on 7th July and it can take between 1-2 weeks for an international order to arrive as long as there is no delays with customs. The tracking details show that the parcel was released from Customs on Thursday so your parcel should be with the courier soon for delivery. I'd appreciate if you could get in touch with us if there is any issues with delivery so we can directly deal with your query.

Thank you for your review. I can understand your frustration but you sent us back a used thobe which we could obviously not resell to another customer and therefore your return was rejected. The thobe was swiftly sent back to you with the shipping arrangement that you made. We take great pride in providing excellent service to our customers as our reviews show, but unfortunately we cannot under any circumstances accept used thobes back.
Excellent service
Really happy with the way the thobes came out, Alhamduilah and customer care excellent will be ordering again In sha allah

Exceptional service and trustworthy
I placed an order yesterday and asked if would be dispatched that day and they said they would dispatch it on the same day. I also asked if I would get it before Friday and again they said it would hopefully be there before that as they use Royal Mail 48 service. So I placed it having full faith in their service and words, thankfully I received a notification saying that Royal Mail had my parcel so I would receive a delivery date after it got to their depot, I received another delivery date notification saying I would get it on Thursday. So I’m really happy with House of Thobes as they saved me last year aswell like now. Really appreciated and grateful for their service. Quality of thobes is good. Hopefully it will be the same again.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at House of Thobe, and I can't recommend it enough! The quality of their thobes is simply outstanding. Each piece is crafted with such attention to detail, making them not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable to wear.
What truly sets House of Thobe apart is their exquisite selection of perfumes. The fragrances are rich and long-lasting, perfectly complementing the elegance of their thobes. It's a delightful experience to find both high-quality attire and captivating scents in one place.
