First time selling through modern auction and the documentation can be overwhelming. Ruth Phillips explained the process in laymen’s terms and was incredibly helpful when I needed advice and assistance. I received a comprehensive and professional service. Communicated with Iqbal right from the beginning, very easy and a gentleman to talk to. Very attentive, listened to our concerns and communicated that straight away to seller. Did not hesitate to write email to our legal team either, went beyond and above to make our experience as less anxious as possible. A gem of a person that is a asset to the team. Treated us like family and made the communication so comfortable that I could ask any questions and the response with a phone call was very quick. I felt he is very compassionate in what he does and he is there as mediator and a great communicator between vendor , buyer and even the legal team. Nothing was too much for him. Very positive experience selling my late mother's bungalow with them. Vithuran kept in constant contact throughout the process, explained the process perfectly in terms I understood, gave great advice and was always on hand to answer any queries I had.
