Communicated with Iqbal right from the beginning, very easy and a gentleman to talk to. Very attentive, listened to our concerns and communicated that straight away to seller. Did not hesitate to write email to our legal team either, went beyond and above to make our experience as less anxious as possible. A gem of a person that is a asset to the team. Treated us like family and made the communication so comfortable that I could ask any questions and the response with a phone call was very quick. I felt he is very compassionate in what he does and he is there as mediator and a great communicator between vendor , buyer and even the legal team. Nothing was too much for him. I am sure I am not the first person to compliment on his hard work. Thank you Iqbal, you know you are nice man.

Very positive experience, great service
Very positive experience selling my late mother's bungalow with them. Vithuran kept in constant contact throughout the process, explained the process perfectly in terms I understood, gave great advice and was always on hand to answer any queries I had.

Their Sales Process needs big improvements
We have just completed our house sale with IamSold and I have mixed feelings about recommending them. Communication was generally very good, and it was easy to get updates from the office. We were also very grateful for Nicola’s help and support during the completion process. However, we felt the sales process needed significant improvement, particularly around setting clear expectations and being transparent about what sellers are signing up for.
Before signing up, we raised two concerns: that our Rightmove advert might look like a straightforward £50,000 price reduction rather than an auction listing, and that buyers might be unwilling to pay the 4.5% fee on top of the reservation price. We were reassured not to worry, but both concerns became realities.
The advert did not clearly present the property as being sold by auction, which led to many viewings with people who were not prepared or able to buy through the auction process. We asked whether buyers’ eligibility could be checked before viewings to avoid wasting everyone’s time. We also said we would be happy to sell through our estate agent if no suitable auction buyer came forward, but that option was not taken up.
We also felt under pressure to accept less than we had expected. We were told that viewers thought the starting price reflected the property’s value, and that buyers might be confused if we relisted at a higher price with another estate agent. We were also encouraged to lower the starting price further, which we felt could mislead buyers and undermine confidence in the property.
After four weeks, we terminated our contract because we did not feel the sale was progressing. The following day, we were told there was an interested buyer with an offer £25,000 below what we had originally hoped to accept—and, as we had anticipated, the 4.5% fee was included in the buyer’s overall offer.
We asked whether we could proceed with the sale through our estate agent, but were told we could not because the buyer had been introduced by IamSold. After the deposit had been paid and the contract signed, we learned that the buyer had not viewed the property through IamSold. In fact, I had shown them the house weeks before we signed up, and we had been waiting to hear whether they would make an offer.
Ultimately, we sold for £25,000 less than we had hoped and paid an additional £11,000 in sales commission, than we would have on open-market. The way this unfolded made an already difficult completion more upsetting.
If you’re considering IamSold, take your time, don’t feel pressured to accept an offer, and check the details carefully—especially if your property has previously been marketed through an estate agent.

We felt that they were honest and helpful when it came to the process of the auction and Alex kept us informed all the way through. After the auction closed and the reserve price wasn't reached they still went further to get a figure that we were happy with and they achieved it so hats off to them and I would certainly recommend this way of selling to people if you want a quicker outcome when selling your property

But I have reservation about the auction fees which are very high.
If you charge reasonable fees you will get more people buying through the auction.
