Appalling service
From start to end this company were terrible. They don't seem to communicate with each other or take on board customers requests. Errors were repeatedly made, some very serious, to the point that we halted the sale and payed the forfeit to do so. At one point they allowed customers to bid on the property at £50,000 less that we agreed - when asked why their reply was that someone rang in and wanted to bid lower. Once we had withdrawn, we sold privately and were quizzed as to whether it was to anyone that they had shown around. I explained that we hadn't, they then said they would check the land registry to make sure - basically calling us liars. Never have I experienced such an appalling service.

Poor communication - I got my deal through. No one from IAmSold helped in the conveyancing and relayed information to me a week after I’d already found it out

They are con artists
I successfully bid on a property and was struggling with getting the mortgage on time. They refused to give me more time and kept my £6K auction fees. I am a struggling single mother and this was a huge deal for me. Because of them - I lost out on the opportunity to purchase my own home.

Efficient and caring
