They are outstanding
Auction process is really stressful and hard but not with “iamsold” auction. Professional, polite and friendly people at iamsold make every steps smooth and easy for you. As a first time buyer, I had no idea how should I pass this process but they helped me a lot during this period. Worse than one of these companies that…
Worse than one of these companies that keep pestering you 'have you've been miss sold PPI' etc ..... constantly harassing me with text messages an emails even though I've made it quite clear I would never do business with this company and more of a concern when I ring up to get my details removed constantly all you get is ' do you want to leave a voicemail ' which means they're under staffed,,,, but just imagine if you are trying to sell a property because that's the option I select and you can't get through........ sellers beware.

Great Experience
I have never used the auction process before for selling a property. IamSold were really good to deal with. They were professional, efficient and friendly too. A Customer Services Agent guides you through each step of the process. Our Agent Charmayne Smith took all the stress out of the process for us liaising with solicitors, estate agents and the buyer. This was a seamless process and I would highly recommend IamSold.

This was my first experience of purchasing a property through auction, and the property itself went through the auction process three times, so it could easily have become a stressful experience however Helena H was outstanding from start to finish.
Helena took the time to explain the auction process clearly, breaking everything down into manageable steps whilst maintaining the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. She was always available by phone or email, responded promptly, and kept me informed throughout.
What stood out most was that Helena genuinely listened. She asked the right questions, understood both my concerns and those of the seller, and I always felt she was invested in achieving the best possible outcome for everyone involved.
In fact, I only fully appreciated the extent of Helena's efficiency, professionalism, and customer care when she went on annual leave. During her absence there was a noticeable difference in the level of service, which really highlighted the exceptional standard Helena had consistently provided. That said, I'm very pleased Helena was able to take a well-deserved break.
Helena is a real credit to IAM Sold. Her communication, attention to detail, dedication, and customer-focused approach helped make what could have been a difficult process a positive experience. Helena is a genuine asset to the business, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone using the auction process. Helena, thank you in helping me navigate and finding my forever after home.
