Basically stole my money and upped the price of material whilst I was paying accordingly to my payment plan then began to come up with excuses as to why the price kept going up and and up in the end I was down -£1000 and they just ended business there with no hesitation or refund . I've checked with the team and our inboxes - there hasn't been any recent communications with anyone regarding a situation like this. No communications with a 'Sean Brown' since 2022 in fact.
Regarding payment plans they are always fixed and agreed upon in advance. We don't increase prices for no reason - only if there is a request to upgrade something such as increase size or stone quality for example.

I had a slight issue with a product I ordered and when I messaged about it I was not even expecting a reply just like most other brands. However, I was pleasantly surprised with quick, thoughtful, and efficient replies that not only fixed my issue but went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was genuinely surprised at how amazing their customer service is. Both their products and customer care is amazing and earned them a lifelong client.
