I ordered a 4 gang smart switch and it was shipped the next day. Installed without problems and works perfectly. I needed help with connecting to the base and Carl has guided me through the process.

These guys are absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs! I had to chase to get any of my deliveries and they don’t know how to apologise. I’m pretty sure they want to be hated by customers so they don’t return because there can’t be any other explanation.
Also, no customer service, landline doesn’t ever get you through to anyone.

AVOID!! Agree with all the other reviews, sadly only seeing now. I wish I’d read the reviews in advance. Spent £100s on electricians trying to get their switches to work, with little to no help from the seller. In short they dont operate in the way they’re supposed to. Total waste of money.

Why oh why didn't I read the reviews...ordered a switch as the only item showing in stock, and have never received item. Emails sent and constantly try to ring but suprise suprise no joy speaking with any one. Scam scam company avoid at all costs...

Contacted them about a broken switch on a double socket power wall gang which was less than a month old. They told me I would have to buy the product again. Anyway I asked for their returns policy and they provided a link, which I followed and after 4 days I've heard nothing. Poor low quality products with the same level of customer service. Avoid.

Purchased 3 times from this company and not a single time they delivered the strip lights on time. This time I've paid extra for a Saturday delivery and 4 days later still no lights, not answering emails and not answering calls. First 2 lights worked fine as still works now, although one of them had to be replaced as they were faulty prior the installation and they did replace them free of charge, however this time I cannot finish my customer's project and have a very agitated customer because I trusted Ilumos to deliver on time. As they are not answering and not delivering I don't know whether try to purchase elsewhere or sit and wait longer.

Shame you can’t give less than 1 star. This company is appalling to deal with. Never answer the phone and rarely respond to email. Had a faulty switch, took them weeks to send a replacement and that too to the wrong address. Then kept saying a new replacement has been sent which never arrived and wouldn’t give a tracking number.
Seriously, save your money and look elsewhere. Plenty of other companies selling similar and at a lower price.

Only just looked at the reviews after my 3rd lot of led neon strip lights failed. Not at all surprised to see they have so many negative reviews.

Order 3 lots of lightsfor under cupboards. First 2 lasted about 12months before failing. 3rd set bought 2 weeks ago failed today. I emailed and got a blunt response saying i need to send video proof, not even a "sorry to hear you have a problem". They immediately make me feel like I'm trying it on with them.

I also have 2 of the rf switches, these both failed, they eventually replaced 1 under warranty and i bought a replacement for the other.

The website is terrible to use with them using a stock photo for dozems of items making it difficult to order tje right thing.

I bought from here as i expected a good quality item and didn't want generic Chinese rubbish but the Chinese ones are better quality at a lower cost.

Avoid this company!! I wont be buying from them again. Its about tine traiding standards took a look at them.

EDIT: this company (I-lumos is trying to get my review taken down - as they believe it could be a review of a non genuine experience! Oh I can assure you my experience with ilumos is real!! They only refunded myself once I threatened them with legal action! AS SOMEONE ELSE HAS MENTIONED)

Please, please listen to these reviews. This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I certainly wish I came here before placing my order. There is NO customer services, there is NO goods, there is NO refunds. It’s about time companies like this were liquidised and weren’t allowed to “trade”

Avoid at all costs!!! Take your hard earnt money and spend it somewhere else, where you actually get your goods, get great customer services, and actually great products.

I can tell you now you will get NOTHING good from this company. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Beautifully made switches. Delivered very quickly. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

Awful experience and would advise anyone to avoid!
I purchased £300 worth of product from this company and then after a week it had not been dispatched so after chasing them up (multiple times!) it turns out they were out of stock and wouldn’t be re-stocked for 2 weeks!! No communication telling me that before or when I purchased.

Then I asked for a refund and then they just started ignoring my emails for weeks. It wasn’t until I threatened legal action that they issued the refund but by then it had been around a month since I placed the order!!

As a contractor this lead to my client growing in frustration and me having to fork out again (of my own pocket) with a different company

Awful company and awful communication avoid at all cost!

Awful company with 0 customer support.
I'd ordered a couple of products previously that where fine.
This time I had a fault on the product (waterproof led tape that let water in).
I emailed and got a reply saying the switch shouldn't be used outdoors (it wasn't a switch it was led tape that is advertised as for use outside).
After I told them that they just stopped replying to any of my messages. Don't every pick up the phone.
I'm a contractor and have had had to source replacements else where and pay out of my own pocket as didn't want to let my customer down.
It's ost me an extra day labour and £350 in material to go back to replace the faulty led strip.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Scam Artist! Words can’t describe the anger that I Feel right now. After ordering products from this company, I am yet to receive the items, despite ordering on 24th October. I have requested a refund, but to no prevail. Minimum of 30+ phone calls per day, each one unable to get through. I just want the product or my money back.

Utterly inept and incompetent, how this supplier is still in existence is a mystery. Placed an order but never received it nor any confirmation of despatch and cancelled after waiting 10 days beyond the time frame quoted on their website and still waiting for my money to be refunded

Please avoid this company! Awful to deal with!
Ordered sockets & switches & they did arrive, however, one item was wrong so I contacted them through email. They replied but didn't seem to understand that I wanted to exchange an item.
I kept going round in circles & after numerous emails I'd had enough & told them I was returning the whole order (for £92). I did so through Royal Mail tracked next day delivery. They were received & signed for. They also acknowledged receipt & said my refund would be processed within 3-5 working days.
It was not, so I contacted them again & they said the refund was being processed & I would receive it 2-3 working days. It was not, so finally I contacted my bank who have refunded me. What an ordeal!

Waste of money - does exactly what I wanted on paper but the reality is a total waste of money as lights never work correctly with these switches.No customer support worth mentioning.

Avoid! Ordered 5 sockets and only 2 of them work, ordered a touch panel WiFi RF light switch which had parts missing, when I emailed them they apologised and said this was due to low stock and if they could find one in the warehouse they would send it out, a few days later the switch died anyway.
As soon as I mentioned returning the items they stopped taking my calls and responding to emails.

Very poor quality at a premium price and customer service is non existent, wasted a few hundred quid.
