Issue with switches - never answer the phoen (it doesnt even have a recorded message with the companys name) and never respond to e mails. AVOID !

Stay well away, ordered lights for decking, for a customer’s 60th birthday, on the 8th June ended up going elsewhere , left email and voicemail no response, all it has on order when I log on is unfulfilled , that is true as I haven’t received,all I want now is a refund to put this to bed-or trading standards.

no items produced .. Very delayed response to messages / email and no response to phone calls
When I got an occasional reply to give a bulls**t excuse about warehouse issues etc etc
Have now requested refund but not holding my breath ..

In the trade and Would recommend looking elsewhere

Good god how can they run a business like this.
Honestly the worst I’ve ever come across!
After not receiving my order I emailed and Carl promised to get it to me next day .. it didn’t arrive !
Another email. And Carl said it was to do with the warehouse and I would get a reply. And my order sent out next day. Again they didn’t arrive !
Now being ignored …. Perusing a refund via bank now.

Absolute rip off merchants, steer clear of them. Paid for goods that never came. They stopped replying to me after my second email asking where the goods were. Telephoned them and went straight to a message service. Never responded to my voicemail. UPDATE: Just received a refund after leaving the review.

Absolute rubbish. Worst customer service I’ve ever known. LED Lights for kitchen ordered but when they arrived 2 out of the 3 did not work. A qualified electrician was fitting them and told me that the manufacturer quality of the lights was very poor. I also ordered some plastic profiles for the LED strips to sit in. They just didn’t arrive. I asked for a full refund as they clearly can’t get anything right. They asked me to send all items back which I did. Then 3 days later the profiles arrived!!!! Posted after I’d asked for a full refund. They were the wrong profiles anyway. Useless! They were also returned to them.
Since then they have not responded to me or given me my refund. They never answer the phone, don’t reply to multiple emails I sent and don’t bother to respond to their online webchat. I am pursuing the refund through my bank now. It is clear this dishonest company would never willingly refund my money despite having goods returned.
DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. They make substandard goods and are basically thieves.

All switches ordered are faulty. Replacements never delivered, no response to calls, chat, emails. They are a bunch of frauds. Going to call my bank to challenge payment for non delivery.

I ordered 12V LED lights with a power supply for my garden project. I received my order and noticed that the LED lights were dirty, scratched, and, most importantly, didn't work. I contacted customer service via email and was asked to send a picture or video as proof that the LEDs were faulty. I sent a clear video showing the proper connection with the power supply, and still, I was questioned whether I properly connected the wires - red with red & blue with blue. Finally, they accepted that the LEDs were faulty, and I asked for a replacement. After numerous emails to chase up my order, I received a replacement, but surprisingly, the LED lights I received were for 240V, not 12V. In order to not delay my garden project any longer, I accepted this replacement and asked for a refund for the 12V DC power supply I had ordered in the initial order. This request was also accepted, and I received a return label to post the item back. I did so on 25/06, and they received the package on 27/06. Since then, I have been chasing them up for a refund. Ironically, their refund policy states that all refunds will be issued within 1-3 days after receiving a return.

Ordered a light and paid for next dat delivery that was over a week late.

The light arrived and did not work. The quality is horrific. The connections are rubbish.

I have called over 20 times and no answer. I have been on their web chat and no response. I have sent countless emails and no response.

The customer service is non existant. The product I recieved is low grade rubbish. I am initiating a reclaim through the small courts system.

Stay away from these cowboys.

Had a couple of orders from them both times ordered were incorrect, one switch nearly burnt my house down, still waiting for a refund 2 months ago,

Poor service . No updated website ,they selling items but no in stock .

The lights they sent did not work sent replacement s they did not work they haven't given me a refund chase will give me 1 don't wast your time

Very poor service, I had returned my items but they have not sent a refund back it has been 4 weeks. Numerous times I have phoned them but no one answers the phone, sent messages and still no one has got back.

Very poor service. Order placed 10 days ago supposed to be a 24 hour delivery but not received. Tried phone number but it just rings out. Sent emails.

After days waiting had an email today saying they think it was lost in the post but no timeframe for a replacement.

Impossible to speak to anyone.

We were relying on the items to complete a job.

Missing items from delivery and not possible to get through to customer service. They don’t answer calls nor reply to emails. Probably a scamming company who are purposely doing this. Don’t waste your money.

After a previous experience that wasn't great, I used ilumos again, as their products are great, and emailed the guys to check stock availability before I ordered. They responded to my email the same day so I placed my order and it arrived 2 days later. Excellent customer service and excellent product. Will definitely use again.

What didn't go wrong? Avoid at all costs.
Order was delivered to a neighbour, the order was incorrect, the packaging doesn't state what the product is so you have to send photos to work it out. After reporting the issue I'm told there's a 6-8 week wait for the actual products I ordered which was 8 weeks. Poor customer where they would only respond to one question out of 2 or 3. I'm not sure they liked that I work in ecommerce & logistics and knew the questions that needed to be asked.
I had to contact them to remind them to send out the order to which they replied it was a FURTHER 8 week wait, and then they magically found he products. Then took a further 2 weeks for them to arrive as they clearly kept forgetting to send them or the stock wasn't in yet. The remote dimmers I ordered were not even sent with the remotes. And after all of that the products did not even work as intended despite being promised before the original order that they would. Absolute waste of time.

Terrible service and avoid at all cost. I wish I had.
Returned item to process a refund and still waiting for payment. I have chased numerous times and each time am asked to provide tracking information information and told payment would be made in 5 days. 20 days later it hasn’t arrived. Tantamount to fraud but my bank is going to reverse the charge. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I want to update my review.i was in the assumption that ilumos refunded my purchase, but it turns out it’s my credit card company who did. Ilumos did not bother coming back.

I found myself in situation where I had to return an item I purchased. Carl was helpful in sorting the return and he processed the refund. So big thank you Carl !
