Device not working

My device was fairly old and Bilal at the help desk was very keen to help me with my problem. He was really attentive and was able to resolve my issues immediately. I have always received great customer support but Bilal was amazing and whilst listening able to understand my issues immediately. Really brilliant customer support from Bilal.

They don’t honour promotions included with new kits

After buying the Iluma model, which came with one packet of sticks, I tried to redeem the enclosed special offer, which was 4 packets of sticks for £10. It didn’t work, so after several tries with no success, I contacted customer services only to be told that the offer was no longer available. There is no ‘deadline’ on the offer, just that you have to use it within 90 of purchase - which I was.

They said they had another offer, which was 3 packets for £10, which is still cheaper than the regular price, but it’s not 4 packs - and I wanted to try 4 different flavours to work out which I preferred.

I took them up on the offer if of 3 for £10, but it left a bad feeling about a company that doesn’t honour its promotions. It also made me think that if the original offer was no longer available - how long had it been unavailable? Did that mean that I was sent old stock? Would that affect the sticks if they were out of date?

Possibly not, but as a new customer, in order to retain me, they should have honoured the promotion in the kit I bought. Leaves you feeling that you don’t entirely trust an organisation that behaves like this.

I had a highly pleasant and enjoyable…

I had a highly pleasant and enjoyable experience with the adviser Farouk. He has been extremely attentive, warm and enthusiastic. He advised me on all the different Terea available and gave me a really good promotion. He patiently waited and let me take my time and guided me through the purchase of the new pods highlighting all the flavors and gave me subjective and customer based feedback. Made feel really welcomed and respected. Great job!

Report their promotion practices!

I'll never use iqos again. They don't honour their referral programs, abysmal customer services that flip flops on decisions and seeing all the recent negative reviews clearly don't give a damn about their loyal long-term customers.

I deleted everything via a GDPR request because I no longer want anything to do with you, shame really. I actually liked your products but I can't in good conscience use you anymore, rate your business, do your surveys or suggest you to people.

Buy elsewhere, don't use their website. Or even better... Use a different product altogether.

To add:
If they've scammed you out of your voucher then report them to the ASA, there's a clear pattern going on and there's far too many people being scammed here.

To add: despite their contact here they've made no attempt to reach out, I did contact them, they said they'd email but didn't.

Platinum is more like tin!

I have been an Iqos customer for over 5 years, at least three of those as a platinum member which originally gave members good discounts and a free device after 12 months as a platinum member.
So despite being able to buy Terea cheaper than the discount I get, I carried on buying them to build my points for the free yearly device, to be told today they have changed the rules and I can no longer have a free device.
If you change the rules you should notify the members so they can make a choice on where they buy their product, you wouldn’t change a contract without informing the parties to it!
Also they are advertising a new terracotta device on their website and when I tried to purchase it the page could not be found, I’m then told it is no longer available, then take it off the website!
I am no longer an iqos website user, I can buy them cheaper than the discounted amount for being a Platinum member so what is the actual point!!

I have been using iqos over the last 7…

I have been using iqos over the last 7 years, the product itself is the nearest to the original which is why I continue to use it. The filters are expensive compared to other products on the market which is how they get you.
Over recent months I have become more and more disappointed over their delayed deliveries and customer services. Next day... my last 2 deliveries have not been delivered as promised and when you contact CS, response is leave it until 10pm - poor.
Again I was supposed to have my order delivered today - nothing but just shipped emails. No point contacting CS again for the same old response. It will probably turn up tomorrow when I'm at work and the order will need to be returned. Not good enough, this is not a cheap alternative and there are many more competitors to choose from who may provide a better delivery and aftercare CS service

Ordered one of their devices and overall very happy with it, less smell, pleasant to smoke, however it developed a burnt taste few weeks into using it. Jason on the live chat sorted out the replacement for me with no problems, thank you very much
