Jason is Awesome

Just had a dealing with Jason regarding some defective pods. The outcome so far is 72hrs and I will have them replaced. Jason was really professional and didn't beat around the bush and got the issue solved promptly. Kudos, this is why I enjoy dealing with genuine companies

Disappointed …

it's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't had any response. no refund no another order like they said. customer service 0.

Helpful service for sorting delivery

Jason from the customer support team was very helpful and responsive. He took the time to understand my issue with the delayed DHL delivery and helped me contact the courier to investigate the problem. I really appreciate his assistance and support.

I've been using IQOS and specifically TEREA for 14 months. The customer care agents and most recently Marouane have been courteous, professional and helpful. I'm now 14 months cigarette free (after smoking for 30 years!) and I'm feeling both the health and financial benefit from switching to IQOS.

If i could i would give it 0 stars

If i could i would give it 0 stars. My husband ordered on the 15th of February, the package was lost/damaged never been delivered. After multiple phone calls, messages emails (talked to Sara, Jason, Bihab sorry if i spelled that wrong,) promissed multiple times that a management will call us back and gues what NOTHING. No money, no product. Its been 18 days with no solution, always the same "in process". Never again ubsolutely terrible service.

Don’t buy from Iqos anymore.

As soon as I realised iqos is using DHL to deliver the parcel I knew I will have problems with deliveries. Guess what, next order was with DHL and apparently the driver was unable to gain accces to my address. That’s a lie. It’s a business address with a very easy access. Never again.
