Didn't send items ordered; no apologies, just a passive aggressive note about an illusive refund but no mention of when I'll get that, hasn't been actioned as yet. This was ordered for a Christmas present so very unhappy to have wasted delivery and time to not receive my item I ordered, and leaving me now with no time to get an alternative sorted before Christmas. Customer service very very poor and unapologetic when I queried where my items were, they didn't care at all. Avoid!!

*In reply to their message, those are outright lies, no email to me about not including items in my package, no apologies for that, and absolutely no mention about refund until I left my review! Will provide evidence to trust pilot.

**In reply to their further infuriating response, they DID NOT send an email about a refund before I submitted my review, trust pilot goes into pending. However, it's totally irrelevant, they did not send out the items which I ordered, and as you can see by their constant messaging and still lack of apologies are an absolute nightmare to deal with! avoid!

Fantastic customer service, even when I couldn't read the website instructions correctly. Couldn't have been more helpful sorting out my mistake. Recommended.

Healthy plants, well packaged, delivery took a little longer than I expected but not an issue.

First time I’ve ordered from this site , received my live plants yesterday and all i can say is absolutely superb ! From ordering to receiving also customer service . Every individual plant was well packaged , and i ordered at least 40 plants ! Every plant looked fresh and healthy . I will definitely be ordering again in the future and ive even become a member! Despite the fact I paid £6 for postage with my order, I got a letter in the post today saying I need to pay a £7 fee as the sender didn’t pay for postage or used a fraudulent stamp. They’re taking my money for postage and not paying for it themselves so I end up having to pay over double just to get some plants.

Placed an order for some plants. Had to change the delivery due to some personal circumstances and so the fresh plants obviously arrived no longer fresh. Spoke to the team and they got a new batch sent out to me with no hassle.

Plants arrived great and are of good quality

Over all just a bad experience

I placed an order with Java Plants on May 23rd and received it on June 1st. The order was over £140 for 16 premium items.

The Hygrophila Pinnatifida On Coco Shell is exceptionally beautiful and the Bucephalandra adds a unique touch w/ its funny name. definitely my favorites - along w/ the mossy bamboo sticks! 🎍

I currently have 4 tanks, but at its peak, I used to have about 7, for a hobby that started only a year ago. I now have fishes in the triple digits and species in the double. My aquariums are all tropical ones; mainly made of livebearers, catfishes, crayfishes, snails, plecos, and shrimp. Combined, they hold about 400 liters; all have redundancies as well as filters, which make parametres tip-top 99.9% of the time.

Now - Java Plants apparently ensures costumer only get the freshest plants possible by importing and despatching them just prior to sending them - which is kewl. Within this year - I have interacted w/ multiple vendors; they are currently my favorite; very professional and good w/ communication. The quality of their items, as many other reviews here on TP highlight, is simply fantastic. I feel my fishes have become happier w/ their plants; they love to hide or just engage w/ any piece of wood that got their amazing moss on it.

Tried this company after buying a few plants from eBay that I wasn’t impressed with. The difference is night and day. Won’t use anyone else now.

Brilliant quality and selection of 123 grow pots delivered within 24 hours to NE Scotland.

The Java team contacted me in advance to let me know that next-day delivery could not be guaranteed but they took additional time to try and get the fastest shipping they could.

Everything was well-packed and in great condition.

I made a purchase on the 13th and my order arrived on the 14th

All the plants were in great condition, very healthy and lush, well priced as well.

I definitely be using Java Plants for future

Recently purchased from Java, plants were delivered quickly, had a problem with one of the batch and one that was no longer in stock, the others were of excellent quality. Customer service, for the two I had a problem with, was first class and sorted to my satisfaction, pleasure to purchase from.

I had an issue with a few plants bought in a package containing several varieties. Some were thriving and others faded away. I contacted Java for advice - perhaps I could be doing something better - and was told that my general routine was fine. They apologised for the plants lost and offered to replace them with similar or something different. I am very happy with their customer care.

Smooth transaction and all plants arrived in perfect condition.

Great Product, great packaging. All the plants came in perfect condition and are growing perfectly in my new tank! Second time I by from Java Plants and definitely not the last.

Dreadful plants, tiny little things . It say 1 2 grow. It should read 1 2 go.
I followed the meagre instructions. Planted them and never saw them again after a week had passed. All in all, a complete waste of time and money considering they cost £16.00. Java used to sell decent size plants but it's profit before plants now. I won't be so foolish again.
