Unfortunately the plants arrived in a very poor state over half of the Discus Collection were dead and unusable, after my initial reaction of annoyance. The customer service were outstanding receiving replacement plants on next day delivery these plants were well established and of good quality.

I messed up the delivery address on my order and contacted Java in the hope of redirecting the order. Mark went out of his way to help. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

In a world of online buying nice to be able to call, speak to Mark for advice and then receive the order promptly, all in good order despite the dumb courier leaving the box in a very hot porch without bothering to ring the bell!
