Plants arrived next day in perfect condition and are growing well in my tank.

First time buyer. Website was easy to use for selection and purchase of plants. The courier service was on time and my package arrived without any damage. Water leakage inside was minimal. The plants were well packed and none of them had any damage.
The plants themselves were more mature (larger) than I expected - a pleasant surprise. It is hard to judge size from photos on a website.
I was happy to pay the price I did for the quality of the plants I received.
I would highly recommend Java Aquarium Plants to anyone.

After a quick phone call to chase up when they will be arriving it was dealt with immediately with an update. Awesome. My plants arrived quickly in excellent condition and well packaged. Great quality, price, and a good size as well. This is the second or third time that I’ve used Java plants, and I’ve never been disappointed. An easy to use website, with an extensive choice of plants for my multiple aquariums. My browser doesn’t appear to like PayPal, but paying by card is just as easy, and maybe slightly quicker, so no problem there. I’ll definitely be placing further orders in the future, thank you for great service.

My order was forwarded to a place two miles away from us !. I had asked that it would be left in the garden box at the rear or the property but obviously it was dpd
that put it in one of their bags and took it to fleet road garage, holbeach. The package was all smashed and the plants were crumpled up, hope they will survive we will keep you posted.

I have always had great plants from Java Plants and, most importantly, they don’t infest the aquarium with snails! Which happened when I bought plants from a local pet shop. The plants always thrive - they are well packaged. Any delays were down to Royal Mail going on strike. Mark is always helpful. Carole Seed.

I can't believe i didnt do my research before purchasing from this site. Would've saved my money and all this headache. Seller is least bothered about sending the plants that i've ordered. Finally agreed to refund my money which still hasn't arrived. Avoid like the plague. How is a business like this still open to cheat customers?

I have been using Java regularly since 2019 and cannot fault the quality of their plants, they are fantastic. If there have ever been any out of stock they are marked on the invoice and are refunded. Mark has even phoned me on occasion if the plants I have ordered are out of stock and offered alternatives, in order not to delay delivery.

I did have a problem with my last order but that was entirely down to Royal Mail’s strike action before Christmas. I ordered before the cut off date for delivery and they were dispatched in time as promised on the website. However, they must have got caught in the post backlog as they were in a sorry state when they arrived in the New Year. I emailed Mark and received a perfect replacement order in days, no quibble.
