Would just like to say to anyone out there looking for aquatic plants that java is incredible product/service could ask for any better am over the moon, if your not buying your plants from here, then you are most deffinatly making a mistake, there fantastic would never use anywhere else from now on.

Couldn't find 1-2 grow plants anywhere then came across java plants took the plunge even though no one else could get hold of any stock so was a bit dubious but I must say they are perfect. next day delivery after dispatch good communication great job guys

Placed my order and was a little nervous on the condition the plants would arrive in as they took a while to get here. However, the plants arrived just now and seem to be okay, a few of the tropica plants didn’t come in tropica packaging but just wrapped in plastic with a tropica label in the pot, although they seem fine to me. one of the only places I found to have plenty of tropica plants still available, good communication and overall pleased with my order. Looking forward to seeing how these plants do👍🏻

My first order was perfect. Great Tropica plants in Tropica packaging. My second order was not good. No Tropica packaging so not Tropica plants. Two plants were completely dead. I e-mailed the pictures of the plants to Java Plants and was advised "they had been left out in the elements along their journey." This indicates poor packaging. The plants were put in plastic bags and paper used as padding. All the plants were in plastic bags with a Tropica label in a pot. I was offered a refund of the plants and postage if I sent them back. We are in a Covid 19 lockdown. So I am not going to queue in that wrap around the block queue at our post office just to send back two dead plants, putting myself and a shielded family member at risk of Covid 19, just to get £11.00 plus my postage back. I would also need to buy packaging so as not to use that large box the plants came in costing me more in P&P. I am sad, as the website is great, the plants are beautiful and my first order was excellent. For this order however I have spent £40.00 on plants, £5.95 for tracked 48hour Royal Mail postage and I only have three plants that are usable. Would not recommend.

A reliable and dependable source for aquarium plants when the vast majority of stockists are struggling to supply. Especially grow 1-2. Highly recommended.

Ordered a selection of Tropica plants in January 2021 as it was the only online website that had everything in stock. Please read the delivery section on their website as it clearly states that they order fresh plants from their suppliers each week, arriving to them on a Tuesday/Wednesday. I ordered on a Thursday, and my plants were dispatched
the following Wednesday. I emailed Java Plants to confirm dispatch and I received a reply within minutes. Really impressed and I would order with them without hesitation.

Bought a bunch of Tropica labelled plants for my new aquarium setup from this seller and I paid good money for it. The quality of the plants was not all that excellent or consistent from the outset as compared to the description on their website for each of these plants. Well, what I found extremely cheeky was that the most expensive plant in my order was the tinest... seedlings. I contacted the seller who was not easy to get hold of, given the phone number on the website. When I finally came around to have a response about the plants itself, the seller was not happy about my verbal review and made excuses such as - 'they will eventually grow', 'this is all he has on stock', etc.. Seller proposed a refund in exchange of the return and also stated that seller would re-sell this to someone else. I decided to keep the plants and learnt a lesson, not to deal with Java again. Now with the level of my experience with plants in general, I would say that the seller's suggestion sounded rather unacceptable and full of excuses. Such standards should not be allowed to continue into the selling platforms with low-grade produce, in my opinion and charge full price for inconsistent products. My advice to the seller would be to re-assess the prices on the website for plants, unless he delivers what has been advertised. Not dealing with Java again.
