Poor customer service
Poor customer service, never again would I order from them. They don’t mention extra charges when placing the order. Sent several emails and messages on all there platforms until someone finally responded, the response I got was terrible and unhelpful. I made a mistake ordering from them

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst, toen ik het pakket openmaakte zag alles er mooi en goed uit maar een armband had ik in de verkeerde kleur gekregen. Ik had ze een berichtje gestuurd en binnen een half uur was de goeie opgestuurd. Daarnaast mocht ik de ‘verkeerde kleur’ armband ook nog houden en hoefde niet op retour. Snelle reactie en snelle oplossing, top!

Goede service en mooie producten …
Ik heb nu 2 keer besteld bij Jewelleryluxe en ben er super tevreden mee! Bij mijn recente bestelling een verkeerd armbandje binnengekregen, na een mailtje gestuurd te hebben kreeg ik snel antwoord terug en kreeg een nieuw armbandje kosteloos opgestuurd en mocht de “verkeerde” houden. Kortom een goede service!

Ik bestelde per ongeluk het verkeerde artikel, maar dankzij Hannah kon het nog aangepast worden voor verzending. Superfijn dat er zo snel werd gereageerd. De armband is heel mooi en past perfect bij alles!
