They are stealing our money. The previous company (Jonito Gmbh) is insolvent, it's only a question of time the curent one (Jonito Bikes, with the same address and management) will be insolvent too. I paid for a bike in May 2023 and didn't receive anything. I registered a claim in the insolvence process but do not expect to receive anything back, as this is now a clear scam.

These tried to get my original review on Google removed after 3 years claiming they never dealt with me,as eBay and PayPal don't go back that far when looking for transactions here's the original review and proof
ordered a focus Tec pack from these off the well known auction site, I didn't realise I committed to buy so I sent 4 messages 3 to ask to cancel 2 in English 1 in German they did not respond so I bought the item, waited a while then asked about despatch again no response, the time passed for delivery no item arrived so asked for a refund I then had a response item out of stock I had paid 466.99 euro , fair play I had the refund but due to the exchange rate I lost £31 on the refund. If only they had responded?. Moral of the story if you live outside Europe make sure the items are in stock or be prepared to lose out on a refund and don't expect any communication.

Fahrrad bietet einen fantastischen Gegenwert für seinen Preis. Es ist ein großartiges Angebot, wenn man die hochwertige Verarbeitung, Leistung und Ausstattung berücksichtigt. Ich bin beeindruckt von der Erschwinglichkeit, ohne das Gesamterlebnis beim Radfahren zu beeinträchtigen.

Careful, jonito goes bankrupt, got a letter recently

Fahrrad war gut verpackt und technisch vormontiert. Das hat den abschließenden Montageprozess sehr erleichtert.

Die Jonito GmbH ist insolvent, besitzt jedoch die Frechheit seit mindestens März 2023 weiterhin fleißig Aufträge entgegen zu nehmen, die scheinbar nie bei den Herstellern eingehen bzw. bezahlt werden. Bezahlte Ware im Wert von knapp 2.000,- € wird einfach nicht geliefert. Hinhaltende Mailkommunikation über Monate. Absolute Unart, die saftige, rechtliche Konsequenzen für den "Geschäftsführer" haben sollte, der btw noch weitere Unternehmen führt. Dass hier die Finger weg zu bleiben haben, ist, denke ich, klar.

Ich habe im März mein Rad bestellt und bezahlt. (!) Lieferung sollte im Juli sein. Da habe ich mir zunächst nichts gedacht. Dann ist der Juli verstrichen, ich habe versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Telefonisch ist das gar möglich und via Mail kommt erst Wochen später eine Rückmeldung. Gestern kam ein Schreiben via Mail, dass sich die Jonito GmbH im Insolvenzverfahren befinde und man prüfe, welche Räder versendet werden könnten oder ob ggfs. eine Rückzahlung möglich sei.

Fazit: 2.000 € bezahlt, (bisher) kein Rad.

Worst buying experience of MTB so far. Unfortunately, the bike I ordered was sent with a completely different specification than the one described. Basically, the only things that matched were the frame color, wheels, and a few smaller elements. I could have understood if the mistakes were limited to specification element's. However, the bike came with the previous generation engine. Something that an inattentive person might not even notice (EP800 vs EP801)! This is not something one would want to experience when buying a bike for 9k euros. On the plus side, I can credit the store’s contact and cooperation in clarifying this issue but offered discount was hilarious compared to amount of stress, wasted time and work. Overall, I am deeply disappointed as I had to cancel holidays reservation and pay for it! Such a situation shouldn’t happen at all.

UPDATE: Now I have to take second work day off since their shipping company didn’t show up to pick up the bike.

I bought an ebike from Jonito and I sent it back because of a mechanical problem . They told me that they will repair it. I’m 5 months without a bike, they not answering any more in phone calls and as I understand they bankrupt and store is closed .I don’t know were is my bike and if I will have it again.this is Unbelievable. This guys are scammers .also trying to delete negative reviews from google.

Ordered a Giant Reign L at 9. may 2023 asked many many times for delivery date. They said it had to go to a bikeshop to be prepared. Couldn't get a date or the phonenumber to the other shop. So after 3 months and 9 mails and no delivery date I posted a formal complaint about fraud to my bank.

Bike is great and perfect. Ordered and paid on 4th of July, got to Italy on 13th July so I went to pick it up personally on July 14th.
Jonito Team proved to be professional and quite quick in responses and support. I don't give 5 stars because I haven't actually received an answer to all my emails, but on the other hand it's true that by purchasing from Italy and having spent more than four thousand euros, I literally pressed them with questions.... In the end, however, everything worked out well and I'm really satisfied with my purchase.
Daniel was particularly good and kind. He always answered my many questions, never got impatient, and always knew how to give me a lot of confidence.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.
Es hat zwar etwas länger zwischen Kauf und Versand gedauert, aber das Giant Stance 1 wurde komplett vormontiert und richtig eingestellt. Die Verpackung war sehr gut, so dass wirklich nichts beim Transport beschädigt werden konnte.
Das Warten hat sich also gelohnt! Ich bin vollends zufrieden.

* Verpackung & Anlieferung Spedition, ich habe selten ein so gut verpacktes Rad zugestellt bekommen, hatte bereits Räder von anderen Internetanbietern in der Vergangenheit gekauft.

* Rad ist sehr gut montiert und eingestellt! Lob an den Mechaniker, war vorbildlich !!!

* Kommunikation vom Team nachdem das Rad zusammengebaut und für den Versand vorbereitet war - bis zur Lieferung an die Haustür

Verbesserungspotenzial:
* Rad "auf Lager" im web portal, nach der Bestellung online kam Ankündigung Versand max 7 Tage später. Nach mehr als einer Woche noch keinerlei Info, also nachgefragt. Dann wurde der Aufbau bestätigt und eine automatische email verschickt, die mich "alle 2 Wochen" über den Lieferstatus informieren sollte. Sehr unglücklich und unnötige Aufregung. Das Rad war schließlich 2 Wochen später hier.
Bitte Eure Kundenkommunikation und besonders die automatischen email notifications zum Lieferstatus abändern.

Insgesamt trotzdem eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Jonito, preislich sehr attraktives Angebot und mit dem Aufbau/Versand im stablien Karton zu empfehlen!
Bei den Lieferzeiten einfach mal nachhaken ;-) Antwort kam immer am nächsten Tag.
