Never again, started our journey on a coach that’s not a Lochs and Glens, and was normally used for football supporters, the driver was driving with one hand while adjusting his sat nav, it’s a very long journey with some stops.
The driver had the front of the dashboard full of biscuits, trinkets , pens and other nick nacks for sale that we were told was cheaper than anywhere we would be taken to,dread to think if we had been in an accident what would have happened to all the sharp pens and pencils, we were told that there would be no extra charges, but in Glasgow you had a choice of spending 2 hours walking around a shopping centre or pay an extra £15.00 for a trip around in heavy traffic not really seeing much, total waste of time the same in Edinburgh,every trip was just driving loads the boat trip on Loch Lomond was nothing more than a taxi service to pick other people wanting to get back to the dock,Dinner was like being back at school the only thing missing was the Bell , while at the hotel the coaches were left running out side our hotel windows from approx 7am, I suffer with a respiratory condition, I reported this to reception but things never changed when you was dropped off at any shops you was expected to tell them who your driver was so I suppose he would get his commission, the drive back down we were so close to the cars in front it felt like we were being towed.
I made a complaint to Lochs and Glens on our return, but has you can see they don’t apologise to any one, all they. Said was I should have asked about what coach We would be on like it was my fault.
Really disappointed with the trip and how the company reacted.

The driver was amazing, took us everywhere.
Every day he was helpful, cheerful and very kind.
The Hotel was very nice, apart from a quite unwelcoming bar in the evening.
The staff across the board was absolutely what I was hoping for.
The bar was cold ,with unwelcoming lighting.. nothing to do with the staff at all, just the ambience that needs sorting.
A few of the people in my group said the same thing.
Apart from that I am looking forward to travelling with you again in Sept 2027.
I would appreciate updates on what holidays are available with yourselves.

Well organized holiday, excellent value
Enjoyed my first holiday with loch and glens , the excursion, the hotel, the food was good.
Also the entertainment was great

Very comfortable, clean room. The meals were varied and beautifully cooked and presented. All staff were helpful and polite.
Definitely looking at next year for a Lochs and Glens coach tour.

First time we had been on the lochs and glens and I can honestly say it was well worth every penny great company fantastic entertainment and loads of laughter.
We stayed in the Artgarden and it was a lovely hotel the rooms were a good size with good storage the staff couldn't be anymore helpful and friendly if they tried nothing was a bother.
Our driver who was called Dawn was very good at her job and was a brilliant driver we all felt very safe with her behind the wheel.

Very good value for money,and all we expected after our previous experiences with Lochs and Glens.

10 yr devotes.lovely locations . Miss true or false John ..... hope the new owners keep the same format and value. Liked the genuine longer term drivers, not the new ones so much who can condesend to the grey pound dementia treatment. Staff less and less Scottish but well trained, food is much better now. Excellent. Entertainment panders to those born in the 40s +50s . I think people warm to traditional Scottish heritage music and dance to be on the Safe side/themed holiday.well done but don't get Warner's faceless

Everything about the holiday was excellent. It was good value for money.

The hotel itself along with all the staff was wonderful. Our biggest issue was with the substitute bus they sent! Our driver, Dawn, was excellent but the bus itself was not. It hadn’t been cleaned and prepared properly, the heating/air con appeared faulty, the toilet didn’t function properly and the bus broke down.
We were extremely lucky that the weather was very kind to us. We managed to see Scotland in all its beauty!

So disappointed with our first Lochs and Glens holiday. Ardgartan Hotel was set in a wonderful location but that was the only positive. The food was such a poor quality , canteen food at best without flavour and bland. Meals were regimented and rushed - hardly a dining experience. The bedroom was large but again sparse and void of character - the TV was minuscule and unwatchable . The excursions were spoilt by a driver who refused to shut up - yes, it was good to learn about the area but constantly going on about trolls, fairies and other nonsense was tedious . There was entertainment at night which was ‘ok’ but more suitable for the elderly guests who were in the majority. We have used other companies for tours of Scotland who,provided a much better experience. We will not be using Lochs and Glenn’s again. very dissapointed.

I really enjoyed my holiday with lochs and glens from the time I got on the coach in gordano.the hotel was great,the staff and not forgetting john our driver who was super.I Will certainly be going on another.

I have recently travelled to the Ardgartan Hotel with my friend, had a lovely time, amazing hotel, we were very well looked after, great trips and a lovely coach driver. Great value for money. My late hubby and I have been to all of the hotels over the years, each one fabulous in its own right. Highly recommend if you're thinking of booking a coach holiday.

The Driver Dawn .
Although the coach was not up to lochs n Glenn's standards even breaking down Dawn keeps us all safe unfortunately the coach had spearmint and bubbly stuck to handles on back of seats also an old Sandwich on the try when I pulled it down Dawn helped me clean and make the area fit to sit in after saying that still not put me off first time I've had a problem But Booked again for next August Highlands hotel hopefully the last experience was a one off.

Trips are always great from start to finish . Hotels are always well kept and staff very helpful. Latest trip was perfect as always.

First of all we had a replacement coach which on the fourth day broke down.
Secondly this is meant to be a five star hotel, five star hotels have a proper kitchen with a chef, as a result the food was heated in a microwave. One of the trips to Oban was great but the other 2 days was a waste of time. The driver Dawn was absolutely brilliant. Come on Lochs and Glens you can do a lot better!!!

Everything worked out so well, starting with the driver, Morag, and includes all the hotel staff. The location and holiday were brilliant. Looking forward to my next trip with Lochs and Glens.
