We had the most careful kind and informed driver he is a wonderful ambassador for the company. The holiday is good value for money but no access to help or advice from staff where we stayed no helpful brochures about any of the trips given the age of most of the passengers how wonderful it would be if we had returned from a long trip to a welcome cuppa not in our room but in the enormous empty foyer. The staff are trained like a well oiled machine a little more kindness would have been appreciated

L&G are the best for coach holidays. One driver whose knowledge about the places visited is exceptional. I love the fact we travel straight up to Scotland with no overnight stop. The hotels are exceptional, the rooms are large, the food amazing plus of course entertainment every night. How can you better that!!

Exceptional customer care all round - booking staff, coach drivers, hotel staff. Good itinerary. Comfortable hotel with good menu.

From when we were picked up until we got home we were well taken care of Alan our driver was fantastic as were the staff in the hotel the trips out were fantastic looking forward to the next one thank you all

Had a great holiday at the Ardgartan, good food,room excellent, staff always smiling and helpful. Cameron our driver was a great source of knowledge and very helpful will definitely return

Our driver, Cameron, was excellent and looked after us so well. Think it would be good to have one long day and then one shorter day before travelling home.

Just had a weeks holiday with Lochs and Glens. Excellent service throughout the holiday, starting with the pickup, journey to Scotland with well timed breaks, lovely hotel with fantastic staff & food, interesting tours daily, the return journey matched the trip up. Strongly recommend this company

Really well organised trips each day. loved ferry from Adsnaid to the coach over the loch. Rooms good and bathroom. Food quite a lot of choice. Really impressed with organising 3 coaches daily from breakfast, ferry times, evening meals. Well done. Tracey our guide was amazing with her knowledge and personality. Coach very good to access enjoyed that. Seats very comfy.

Staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Food was great with very good restaurant service.
Time allowed for lunch/looking around on some trips was far too short leaving us with a decision of either lunch or a chance to look around. This needs to be reviewed.
Our driver, Steve told us that tea & coffee would be available on the coach, however this was only available on two occasions throughout the week, this was insufficient and also needs to be reviewed.
Other than the above, excellent all round. Thank you Lochs & Glens once again for a good value holiday.

And our driver Steve was excellent and informative. apart from his jokes!

Myself and Margaret have stayed at all except 1 several times over the years Booking can be a problem because we are just friends neighbours we are both in our mid 80s so obviously we can't share so every time I book I request separate rooms Margaret needs a walk in shower I really love a bath. We arrived at hotel on the 11th of October we had both been given same room I had to complain immediately and we were sorted room 125 and 129 unfortunately Margaret had bath with shower and was unable to get in bath to shower I was very happy to enjoy bath however unfortunately neither room had any heat from radiator I reported this on Tuesday but up to Friday both rooms were cold this made it very uncomfortable after a bath or coming in from a trip late evening it's strange but on our leaving day room 131 next to Margaret the door was wide open and empty so I touched the radiator inside ouch it was boiling hot gorgeous why couldn't ours have been like that instead or just a red or yellow light... The Staff were as always brilliant as was our Driver loved the Bingo should be every night I won the quiz on Friday night wasn't that keen on entertainment Monday was the best and Wednesday Man on keyboard way excellent the singer we had twice was awful far to loud didn't recognise 99%of what he played. The Room cleaner was brilliant couldn't have done better. The coach was excellent we always have the best seats the ones by toilet plenty of leg room unrestricted view of everything 31&32 I think.!!
Some of the food wasn't the best mostly the meat the best was the roast beef it was real other times the meat all perfectly round tasteless probably out of a tin. The bacon was tough at breakfast with a dry egg so apart from Monday settled for just porridge and toast. We as always really enjoyed our Holiday thank you for everything. Hopefully see you again.

Everyone is customer focused to make your experience a wonderful holiday. Safe knowledgeable drivers of their homeland. As well as wonderful scenery with waterfalls that rival Norway. Ardgartan Hotel beautifully positioned and built. Well done Mr Wells and sons.

The coach the driver the staff at The Inversnaid Hotel were great the only problem was the way you had to get on and off the ferry it was by climbing up and down portable plastic steps with a young girl helping you on and off one of our party fell as the steps slipped and she didn’t have the strength to hold him if it wasn’t for two men from our party he would have fallen in the Loch he had a nasty fall if it wasn’t for these two men he could have ended up in hospital so I think you should find a better way such as sturdy steps with a handrail each side of the steps to get on and off the ferry

Everything about lochs and glens is top draw from the coach drivers through to the lovely waiters/waitresses, bar staff and reception. We had some great fun with the entertainers too.
Ofcourse the trips out are amazing and informative. Great value for money and highly recommended

The pick up and drop off point in York was not satisfactory. Being dropped off on a busy road away from the train station, bus stops and taxis was stressful and then involved a half hour walk into York with cases bags etc at the end of a long journey which was difficult.
Otherwise the holiday was good , well organised with good hotel and excursions.

The hotel at loch Achrey was great and the staff were brilliant especially in the dining room and on reception.

Good trips each day to interesting places. Good selection of food on the menus. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Safe and helpful coach driver.

We found Loch Achray hotel to be a bit tired looking and in need of an update. In general the staff were very friendly although the room wasn't as clean as we would have expected from Lochs and Glens after the previous high standards we got at the Ardgartan hotel on our last holiday.
