The band sits well below my scars, and there are no irritating seams inside. The best post-operative bra I’ve tried. Highly recommended!

The items arrived but were too small…
The items arrived but were too small after following the size guide lines. I filled out the return request which said it would take 48 hours to reply to the return request and I still have not heard from them. So quick in taking your money

I’m really impressed with my experience with Macom Medical from start to finish.
I ordered the girdle with legs to ankles in a real rush shortly after surgery, and it arrived the very next day, which was exactly what I needed. The website was really easy to use, looked professional, and made the whole ordering process straightforward. I also really appreciated having different payment options available.
The garment itself is excellent. The sizing and measurements were extremely accurate and true to the guide, and the fit is absolutely perfect for me. It feels supportive, secure and comfortable, and has made such a difference to my recovery.
It was also beautifully packaged, and I really appreciated the clear information about returns and exchanges — although I definitely won’t be returning mine!
It feels like a very high-quality garment and, in my opinion, represents really good value for money. I’m so glad I found Macom and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a well-made post-surgery compression garment.

High quality
Macom post-surgery bras are of truly high quality. I have been wearing mine daily, and hand washing it regularly, yet it has not stretched at all, unlike other brands I have tried. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased macom signature bras…
I purchased macom signature bras following my surgery to swap out my implants and a breast lift.
Easy front fastening, adjusts as swelling goes down, easy to wash and quick to dry.
However the bottom edge rolls up or flips which caused pressure on incisions and acute discomfort, after changing bra my pain level fell considerably. The discomfort was so bad i had to purchase bras at M&S, thier post surgery bra was supportive and comfortable.

We’re very sorry, however, to hear that the band rolled or flipped and caused pressure and discomfort around your incisions. We appreciate how important comfort is during recovery, particularly following an implant exchange and breast lift.
We have tried to locate your order on our system but unfortunately haven’t been able to find it from the details available with your review. For the procedure you describe, we would generally recommend our Comfort Bra, which may have been better suited to your recovery and incision placement.
