Reembolsos complicados
He leído que otras personas han tenido el mismo inconveniente que yo. Entre por un anuncio donde después de responder todas las preguntas que te hacen, aparecen los planes disponibles, yo coloque el de 1 mes de prueba que eran 12 euros. Puede que sin quererlo allá tocado algo al momento de pagar y cuando lo hice me cobraron los 13 euros más dos cobros adicionales que en total suman casi 100 euros. Inmediatamente , no al día siguiente nada, inmediatamente me puse en contacto explicando la situación y solicitando el reembolso y no me resolvieron nada, me contestaron 4 o 5 personas diferentes y no me hicieron el reembolso. Me ofrecieron 1 año de suscripción gratis para no reembolsarle, cosas que no entiendo ya que el año de suscripción es más costoso que hacerme el reembolso. Así que muy contento no estoy con ellos.

Muchas gracias, no sin recomendarles que pongan más CLARO que un plan cuesta mínimo 43 euros NUNCA 9,90 AL MES, como anuncian en Redes sociales con mucho BOMBO, se ahorrarían problemas y puntos negativos

Deceptive advertising!
Deceptive advertising!! This company is a bunch of scam artists. Upon obtaining my CC#, they immediately charged my Card consecutively, each time for a higher amount, $9.99, 29.99, 49.99. luckily I checked my email before turning in, and noticed 3 and consecutive emails from PayPal indicating each charge (I was livid). I immediately emailed them questioning the charges, cancelling my subscription, and requesting a full refund!! After Days, no refund had been posted so I contacted them again requesting a full refund. I then contacted Paypal to dispute the charges and inquire what fraud alerts they have in place, and why any merchant would be allowed to charge my card 3 consecutive times back2back, higher amounts each time? They gave some convoluted reply and then took MINIMAL info regarding my dispute. 24 hours later I received a denial telling me I was bound by the merchant's Terms & Conditions. I refused to accept that b/c I sent them a notice of cancellation within hour of joining and NEVER utilized their services!! In addition they replied to my communication the same day and provided some BS regarding the charges. The bottom line is I received a refund upon contacting Amex. My situation was unique in the sense that I cancelled the same day I joined and had all their replies to my communication!! However, had Paypal not notified me, I would not have known about the charges untill I received my statement which many times I pay w/o scrutinizing. The longer I waited, the harder it would have been to get a refund!! Although I got a refund, I still filled a complaint with the Nevada AG, and I strongly encourage others to do the same. This company can not be allowed to deceive ppl like this, they need to be shut down (I've also cancelled my PayPal account and reported them to the Dept of finance, b/c they are more interested in collecting the merchant fee off each transaction vs protecting consumers from scam artists!!

Initially this seemed like a good app. I need a personalized workout and nutrition guidance for an intermediate level female. Advertised is all of the above for a low $18/12 weeks. Which is a great price. Upon submitting my payment information I start getting asked if I want to add-on services, the same services that I was lead to believe were already included in my intro price. I declined both offers after seeing they were “add-on” and immediately became skeptical. My “personalized plan” was a calisthenics workout that was for beginners. This didn’t make sense with the info I’d provided. I immediately emailed for a refund stating this isn’t the right fit for me and with AI customer service they are denying the refund request. I will be taking this up with my bank next.

Suite à une publicité sur laquelle j’ai cliqué, le 14 mars j’ai répondu à une questionnaire.. à la fin de celui-ci, on demande notre nom prénom ainsi qu’adresse mail pour nous envoyer les résultats de celui-ci.
J’ai donc reçu un mail m’informant que je pouvais continuer l’aventure avec un plan personnalisé, mais payant.
Je n’ai pas voulu continuer, j’ai donc quitté ce mail sans demander quoi que ce soit.
Et voilà qu’aujourd’hui, je me retrouve avec des prélèvements sur mon compte bancaires sans autorisation de ma part!!!
Je trouve cela HONTEUX ET IRRESPECTUEUX!!!!
