Ceci est une pure arnaque. Je viens d’effectuer un achat de 9,99 € pour un mois. En fait il s’agit d’un abonnement masqué.. au-delà de cet abonnement, ils m’ont prélevé en plus 35 € pour un coaching et 49 € pour une autre prestation que je n’ai pas demandé non plus. Après ça va rouler c’est un client par mail il refuse le remboursement, sachant que je n’ai absolument pas validé ces services surtout n’y allez pas.

Avoid at all costs. Despite being careful as I signed up, I still ended up being charged an extra £49.99 for services I did not want. It took a long time as well as the threat of legal action before I received a refund for the services that I attempted to cancel within minutes of being charged.

Des salopards qui se réfugient derrière leurs conditions générales soi-disant claires et affichées (franchement, qui aujourd’hui prend le temps de lire les milliers de lignes des conditions générales de vente ??). Et une fois connecté, tout est fait pour vous faire acheter un autre service (nutrition par exemple). J’ai failli me faire avoir.
Bref, pensant avoir annulé je n’y ai plus pensé… et paf, nouveau prélèvement 3 mois plus tard. Mais 83€ cette fois, soit 4 fois plus cher !!! Ça m’apprendra à être naïf mais ces méthodes de voyou devraient être interdites.

Ik ging voor een proefabonnement, maar zat meteen aan extra betalingen vast. Dit was nergens duidelijk gemaakt. Ondanks dat ik meteen opgezegd heb, incasseren ze geld via PayPal van mijn rekening af. Ondanks dat ik een aantal keren heb gemaild dat ik alles wil beëindigen.

Very shady
After I signed up for this program I found out I needed a knee replacement then several weeks later I had an accident and broke 3 ribs. I needed to cancel everything on this program. I read on the website a,$4.99 charge for every time you needed to consult with you coach. I also noticed on my bank statement that it was described as Spa & Massage NOT Fitness & Nutrion. Pretty scary there. I also got $200 of fraudulent charges on my card and the bank told me to be careful about these websites. I don't have proof it was them but I was very suspicious because I'd heard that from people about this. The web site in my opinion is not user friendly either. Navigating that site gave me frustration headaches. Nothing was easy to find on the site and had to ask my coach alot of questions. I hated that. I barely finished 2 bottles of Lipovive and 1 tub of collagen and refund guarantee is only for 30 days. So I'll be out nearly seven hundred dollars for the products. Very Shady!
I can't recommend this program.

Although the app and workouts were OK my problem came with the subscription, initial payment was £9.99 which was OK, I didn't want the personal coaches and continued subscription which is a shocking £39.99 a month, but they took payment and I was not permitted a refund. So beware

It is no stars but this wasn’t an option. Underhand subscription sign up practise on website leading to shock large unexpected charges. I genuinely don’t know where the sign up was-I believed I was paying a one-off fee for printable exercises. I didn’t want a personal trainer and ended up with a £49.95 subscription for ‘Olivia’ I can see that the company have not changed their practise despite all this feedback. I would avoid at all costs as it is clear many many people are being tricked into subscription sign up and don’t know how.

These people are crooks
These people are crooks. They are not trying to sell you anything to improve your fitness, it is just a scam to take your money from you.
I was duped into an initial plan for £18.99 for three months. As you on board they automatically take more from you for meal plans or personal trainers that you don’t want. Just by clicking to move forward the app adds these items and ongoing subscriptions for them and automatically debits your account.
How they can get away with this I don’t know. These extras should clearly be labeled as such on their site and you should have to click to make an additional purchase rather than them be linked to your original purchase decision on Apple Pay. They’ve ended up taking £50 from me off the back of an original purchase decision of £18.99.
Then of course you’re signed up to rolling subscriptions for all of these individual products you’ve mistakenly bought from a single purchase decision.
It’s all a breach of uk consumer rights, they need to be shut down. I don’t want to use their product I originally bought due to their dishonest practice of add ons, but like many people here I am struggling to get them to refund me which also should be an automatic thing given that it’s less than 24 hours since I made the purchase. There should be a cooling off period but there isn’t.
Stay well away from them.

After agreeing to a trial program for $9.95, my credit card was charged an additional $69.99 and $29.95 and notified that there was an auto renewal. They do not refund the money and state that their policy does not allow for that just because you did not expect extra charges and auto renewal. I filed a complaint with my local district attorney which is going to investigate them.

I had a notion to try the Tai Chi system and decided to sign up for a 4 week program at a cost of £9.99. Not bad value, I thought.
That’s the clever bit, because once you’re in the sign up process they deceive you into signing up for more than you want.
I was tricked into pressing what I thought was a button to get to the next page of a long process, and in doing so I had unwittingly signed up for a Diet plan at a cost of £29.99. 3 times the cost of my considered purchase.
Immediately, my bank advised me of the charge (on my bank APP) so I realised what had happened and did not press any further buttons. If I had, I would have accepted a personal trainer as well and the charges would have been even greater.
Furthermore, these charges automatically renew the following month.
I immediately advised the company that I hade made a mistake and I did not want any Meal Plan and I asked for that part of the subscription to be repaid. I have contacted them 5 times since and get the same reply each time, that because I had knowingly “asked” to get a Meal Plan I do not qualify for a refund.
This whole process is designed to con people out of money. It is not about helping anyone with their fitness.
