I feel this site is set up to be Deceptive
I feel this site is set up to intentionally be deceptive. It would be so easy for them to lay out the complete "financial plan" on the first page, but they chose not to.
Anyway, last month I agreed to sign up for the app/workout plan (thinking that was everything) for $9.95 In US Dollars (about $14 Canadian) for a certain trial period and I thought OK, that sounds reasonable and gave my credit card number. Then the screen moves you unexpectedly to a second screen to sign up for a trainer and (I think) meal plan. $99.99 US Dollars (about $140.00 CDN) per month and gives you no way forward or backwards (from what I remember) without selecting the "Got It" box. As I did not want to pay this new unexpected amount of money each month, I just exited the site. In my mind they "stole" $14 dollars from me through deception. If they do this to thousands of people that is a lot of money!
Well today, another charge went onto my Credit Card for $54.54 CDN and appears to be from the same company. Fortunately, my bank (BNS) picked it up and declined the charge and notified me. The Bank then obliged by cancelling my card and will give me a new one.
Maybe their program is worth it, I do not know, however my first interaction with them was not (worth it).
Unfortunately, I had not read the reviews first before giving my Credit Card number.
I feel this company is not as forth coming as a reputable company would be.

Again. Mad muscles must remove their reference to Taichi.. it is totaly untrue doing taichi to loose weight. I am a profesiona taichi practitioner and teacher and it is simply not true ... you wont loose weight. This is false advertising on a app that is not good. There is no taichi walk.. never has been... taichi stepping training is part of a basics training and its not considered walking.. Please avoid this for taichi.
No to your answer..... Taichi is not for loosing weight... YOur other exercises for cardio and such yes... BUT NOT taichi... and what you teach is incorrect as well. Do not trust these people. (I'd give them a minus 50 score if I could.) I thought I'd go for a £10 taster - and found myself being forced to choose extra options that I didn't want. I stopped the transaction - and have had to pay £10 - and been in touch straightaway with the fraud team at my bank - who told me that MM had attempted to take other payments.

I urge everybody to watch out for this company, Madmuscles.
(I should have checked with Trustpilot first as I seem to be in good company of fraud victims).
Madmuscles has a “comprehensive” advertising, implying getting a better life. This might well be true, I have not tried their actual programs.
I lost all interest in the first contacts as I understood billing is their prime concern. Their method is to attract customers with an initial moderate fee. But getting hold of your credit card info you will face charging of a totally different amount (in my case 4 times the original amount).
I objected immediately to this and for a serious company it would have been easy to rectify. Instead, the reply it was for “extra services” and could not be refunded!!!
And, NB!, for something I was not even aware of I had ordered!!!
My understanding is that in the material you initially receive there are a lot of “fine printing” and/or hidden “services” NOT clearly stated as “extra” to be charged for.
I dare no more to open mails as it might be regarded as “extra service” and lead to further billing. This is fraud to any standard.
Furthermore they claim to be “transparent” and a “serious company”. Their behavior is something completely the opposite (and prime concern to charge). If the ambition was to act as a serious company it would have been very easy for them to remedy the situation. No signs of such behavior.
Hence my real time experience is far from with a serious company.
Again, beware of this company, unless you are prepared for unexpected “extra” cost.

Do not buy Mad Muscles. I bought one program and they charged me for 2 additional ones I did not order. Additional items popped up after my first purchase and they said I had bought them which I did not. They send me one sheet of exercises that I have never used as I totally lost faith in them. They refuse to give any refund. Total payments for one sheet of exercises was 119.89 Euros or 897kr. Stay away! If Mad Muscles choose to be fair they will give me a refund or this will stay on trustpilot.
