Magic Notes has cut my note taking by at least 99% .
For example, when finishing a long meeting , I would have lots of ideas flying around my head. In the past , I’d need to sift through my handwritten notes, to try to remember who said what, and hope that I didn’t miss anything important. With Magic Notes, that stress disappears.
An example of what my experience feels like ls, as soon as the meeting ends, I would open Magic Notes and instantly see that an organized summary is waiting for me. It’s clear, structured, and captures the essence of the conversations.
I don’t have to type a thing, worry about missing anything. I would simply ready it and would make very little changes such as the spelling on attendee’s names.
I find that one of the benefits are that I’m able to engage more deeply in conversations because Magic Notes takes care of the admin.
For me, the best result is that my day feels more productive, and more organized. .
It’s like having a magic personal assistant that turns every meeting into something useful.

I am now able to have a full conversation with child and family without worrying I am missing important information
I can chair meetings and not be worried about something being missed and this is also invaluable to enable me to write up and send out the minutes very promptly which also helps to enable the plan is received and everyone knows what is expected of them
Family has also advised they feel that this helps them feel listened to rather than me writing all the time

I had to concentrate more with conversation and discussion about working on the goals , priorities and plan on achieving the outcomes rather than writing the notes which was very helpful in the meeting set up.

Magic notes helps to ensure the work is efficiently, effectively and generated in a timely manner. More output and hence more clients reached quicker and supported adequately.
Magic notes is easy to use hence user friendly and helps to write grammatically, using the template for what was being done which ensures that all areas are addressed and where an area has not been adequately addressed I can go back and find out more to make robust and concise reports that meet the requirements of the organisations policies and legislation I work towards.

Magic notes is working well

Magic notes, have made a dramatic impact on my service, we generally send two days writing up notes and Magic notes has condensed this into a matter of hours, saving the authority time and stress on the worker to deliver in time frames.

It saves me so much time when writing my care act needs assessments. I like the way it can high light goals for that person with out having to talk about these.

I use the general meeting drop down to use as my diary notes and have often gone back to my magic notes if I have received a phone call and all of the information is there for me to read.

Magic notes has massively reduced my admin time. I hate admin and put off until the last minute doing case notes and minute but this actually make me want to do them. It's easy to amend notes quickly such as changing a name throughout your notes. Even if I am just quickly bullet pointing a note, it will set it out as an actual note based on what I've said. I even figured out how to record a WhatsApp message and have it transcribed so I could add it to casenotes

Magic notes are quick and easy to use when writing up case notes.

Just started using it ready for an assessment beginning this week. It looks really valuable and the test and I have done has been very good and accurate

I like the fact that they are different types of case notes, including one of our childhood experiences it would be good to have more of these

I have used magic notes during home visits and with staff during case supervision. the most significant benefit is reclaiming precious time throughout the day. During supervisions it enables me to be focused on what the practitioner is saying and because im not having to type I can be fully engaged in the process enabling me to think , reflect and ask questions. I also get through discussing more cases.
its important to check the notes rather than just copying and pasting , as at times it doesnt record exactly what is being said. However you can ask it to make changes such as ,'write in the voice of the child' write in the first person etc . if the dialogue is too long it will summarise, or if you need the text to be more formal it will rewrite. i would highly recommend.

Saves time,accurate reports and a very useful tool.

This is a wonderful tool and is so time saving. It reduces my stress around deadlines and enables me to complete my work in a very professional manner and very timely. Most of my customers and their families/carers are very happy to enable me to use Magic Notes as I can then be fully focused on the person and the whole conversation. It limits errors and misunderstandings.
