Good food very tasty meat that I used so far, only issue was chicken thighs that were already frozen, was unfortunately defrosted, when they arrived, but was very tasty

Fantastic price for excellent produce
The price first and foremost drew me to use meatsupermarket and I kept my fingers crossed. When my beef fillet and pork belly arrived, I was blown away by the quality. I needed the beef for Beef Wellingtons and although a bit of trimming was required (no problem at all they won't be wasted and will go into making the sauce) I got two beautiful pieces of perfect beef fillet for two Beef Wellingtons.

The gaucho steak is Epic real restaurant quality soon as I opened the box I could see i couldn't wait to slice it i squared up both ends and threw them straight in the pan with butter salt and pepper, there was only me and the dog at home so I let him have a little treat he was licking his little lips all day, so today I had the ribs ive ate the lot except 3 " left them for my daughter, I told her I burnt them" 😀 im ordering again Monday, thanks so much so happy to have a nice tasty tender Steak.

Ordering and delivery. Perfect
The delivery was on time and the young man who delivered actually lifted the box over the threshold as he said the box is heavy which was a bonus for the more mature person. The meat looks good, haven't cooked any yet but will comment further when I do.

When I received the meat it did not…
When I received the meat it did not smell right,I put it in my freezer,left it a day but it still did not smell good,lwill try a piece next week,maybe freezing it for a few days will solve the problem.All the other meat I have had from you has been excellent,so here hoping.

Very bad experience because courier…
Very bad experience because courier delivered it to the wrong house or person and they denied me a refund. This is a bulky buy so it's expensive not something I want to lose money on.

It looks like nice steak but was just…
It looks like nice steak but was just over the 4kg weight out of 4kg -5kg as excpected so just the same as other online orders you get just over the minimum weight advertised and no where near the size of steaks shown being cut . The joint that I recieved is that thin that I will have to cook 2 steaks per portion or make butterfly steaks with it.

Thanks for the feedback. We're glad the steak looked nice. Our joints are sold by weight band and can vary a little once portioned, and the photos are a guide to the cut rather than an exact steak-by-steak match — sorry that didn't quite line up with what you were after this time.
