Very bad experience because courier…
Very bad experience because courier delivered it to the wrong house or person and they denied me a refund. This is a bulky buy so it's expensive not something I want to lose money on.

It looks like nice steak but was just…
It looks like nice steak but was just over the 4kg weight out of 4kg -5kg as excpected so just the same as other online orders you get just over the minimum weight advertised and no where near the size of steaks shown being cut . The joint that I recieved is that thin that I will have to cook 2 steaks per portion or make butterfly steaks with it.

Thanks for the feedback. We're glad the steak looked nice. Our joints are sold by weight band and can vary a little once portioned, and the photos are a guide to the cut rather than an exact steak-by-steak match — sorry that didn't quite line up with what you were after this time.

Delivery was quick and it’s all came fresh / quick.
Chicken was good,
Steaks were ok
‘Lean’ Burger Mince was not very lean and lots of fat.
Overall OK.
Will try other online butcher delivery before returning.

A beautiful whole fillet
A beautiful whole fillet. I made eight perfect fillet steaks out of it and four lots of strips for beef stroganoff. I highly recommend Meat Supermarket for any meat requirement. They are very good. The packaging is perfect. Thank you very much. The delivery was absolutely on time. The service was impeccable. I always buy from them at Christmas, Their joints of beef are superb.

The chicken fillets and bacon was great…
The chicken fillets and bacon was great value and quality.
However I thought the cubed steak was pricey for a small 400g at £11.99.
Also on the delivery box it was stated to leave it in a safe place, which I didn't request due to living on a main road, so no safe place was to be had, but luckily enough the delivery man knocked and put it on a chair by my door (as i have a bad back) which was great.

Loyal customer
I have used this company since lockdown and always had very good meat , I have a little Maltese and she is the love of my life along with my husband , I also have 4 grown up children ❤️ and I would only feed them the best . Would you believe my little Maltese only eats the best steak Raw fillet . I have had a hiccup this time with my delivery , he has not been able to find us 😒 it is very rural and I suspect he is a new driver who has lost his way .
I am looking forward to my next delivery this coming week so I will write another review then , meanwhile I can only say Meat Supermarket are a fair company and the meat has been very good 👍 thankyou .
