Not for nothing, but I really wanted a crocodile strap for my watch. I fell in love with bandwerk.com, that girl was $345. Mintapple was second choice. The band looks fantastic with my black watch. It’s my first time ever with this type of closer, and it took me a minute to figure it out, but I got it adjusted just right. I especially like how you have to push from both sides to unlock it. It fits great now. I can’t wait to pump this girl!

In fact, I left an early review, only gave it 3 stars. I’m pumping it up to ***** 5 stars.

Ordered the Ostrich leather strap - a bit different I thought. Mintapple delivered as promised on time and the item was very well packaged in the Mintapple box which looked and felt quite high end.

The strap is perfect and exactly what I wanted- no worries about it fitting - it fitted perfectly and easily. Strap adjustment is simplicity itself and I am more than happy with it.

Do not use this company
I purchased a watch strap from them that does not work properly and keeps coming open. After sending many emails for a refund I am just not getting any replies to my issue. Save yourself a fortune and buy from someone else. This company is atrocious, sells a so called premium product at premium prices but does not offer customer service to even a poor standard.
Stay well clear. If someone knows a phone number then please let me know.

Do not trust this company. Read all these bad reviews. Bought an Apple Watch strap which was an awful fit and wouldn’t close. Sent back next day in original packaging with security tags and asked for a refund. Have rude email saying the strap is scratched and I’ve obviously worn it a lot. A blatant lie. They said they’ve sent back to me but 2 weeks later no strap and no refund. All emails are ignored.

Update - please everyone who has written hundreds of bad reviews about this company. Don’t let them get away with it. I claimed through my credit card and got a full refund. I then received an email Gloating that they got their money back too. Wow. Do not let them beat you.

They are disputing this review based on them not having any email record. I’m more than happy to print here.....

All in all a rather disappointing chapter !
Watch strap arrives, lovely packaging, however the internal strap clasp had a scratch/blemish. Picture of said problem was sent to them - their reply, a week later claimed that it was a spec of dust !
They claim to respond within 48 hours - total lie.
The owner of the business blocked my number after receiving my first call - has handled the whole episode very badly. if you do want one of these straps, do not buy direct through MintApple - however after receiving the strap, I’d hardly recommend you looking to buy from Selfridges or Amazon !!! Be warned

I ordered 2 bracelets for my apple watch (44mm). The connection parts on both bracelets where even slightly bigger then the actual watch frame - no seamless close up, you always have a 1mm level you can see on the watch and this is very annoying.

I wrote on the day of delivery as i got my package that i am not happy with my order and wanted to make the return, and still haven’t got any successful respond for this.
After so many mails (14 minimum) i send them, i got no proper response or anything and they not even trying to help.

I can’t recommend the apple bracelets, nor the company. They have no custom service with what the are doing and i wish for them the very worst possible.

Don’t get me wrong, the idea they are selling could be something good because you can barely find any nice looking bracelets for the watch with a butterfly opener (a great market niche) - but this is crap how they act.

Please don’t buy any products of this company and avoid them in any way.

A further 11 emails to customer service, tracking number and proof strap signed for at their end and still no refund I would advise you not to use this company

UPDATE; I’d given up when I posted my review, however within 24 hours of its posting I got an email saying they were going to replace the braclet. I received it today so they have redeemed themselves.

DO NOT USE MINT APPLE!!! Purchased a strap that didn’t fit as the clasp was broken. Tried to return but they refused to accept my return saying i was outwith the returns period. They conveniently took 2 weeks to respond despite me chasing numerous times. I was then accused of lying about the strap and the tone used in the email was patronising and rude. As can be seen by other reviews avoid this retailer at all costs!!

I purchased an Apple Watch strap that was faulty. Would not attach securely to the watch. Sent them a video showing this (and that other straps attached with no problem). Was somewhat surprised at their response of “if the product is faulty when we inspect it” which rather implied they believe I may be lying (great start). They then repeatedly failed to respond to my emails until I have chased. And are still refusing to refund the £7 postage costs. Final email from them stated that “it was not faulty when it left our offices”, which I interpret as their implying I had personally broken it (for avoidance of doubt - I would strongly refute such!) and I find somewhat unbelievable (100% quality control?).

Shocking customer service! It's a real shame as their leather straps are lovely - it's just the deployment clasp that didn't fit my (slim) wrist. I was very polite and requested a refund if I return two straps. They agreed via email. Sent them back via Hermes and emailed them. No response. Items were delivered and signed for, but no response. Emailed them, no response. Eventually contacted Paypal 10 days later who issued a refund almost immediately.
Strange way to behave - I would have been happy to recommend their products but now I would avoid them at all costs and I will spread the word! As someone below suggests, I can't imagine they will be around long with such a poor attitude.

Appalling quality watch dock followed by even worse customer service. The oak watch dock itself bears no resemblance to the product on the website. Appears to be made from a kitchen worktop cut out. Sharp edges everywhere, poorly finished, and not even screwed together straight. Smacks of rushed production with zero QC.
Same experience as the last reviewer in terms of them lying about sending me a returns email (after ignoring me for 17 days!) allegedly sent before I'd even complained about the product. Perhaps they have a time machine. Also lied about delayed shipping and blamed Royal Mail when the issue was them sending it 2nd class rather than next day. No way to contact them as they have no phone number. Zero by way of apology, and customer services start emails with "Listen,...".
They offered a refund if I return the goods, but as companies house show they have as much debt as assets, and given my previous difficulties contacting them, I'd rather have my refund and return carriage costs before sending the goods back. One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The only upside is that with their unique approach to customer service, I suspect they won't be around much longer.

I was given a strap from Mintapple as a present. The strap arrived 3 weeks late with zero communication in the meantime. When I then tried it on my Apple Watch just kept locking as the strap was way too big even at it's smallest setting and I doubt it would fit any woman. We tried to send it back as per their returns policy and they didn't respond until the day their returns policy expired (conveniently) and fraudulently tried to say they had sent us an email a week before. Lots of back and forth went on in the most unprofessional manner that I have ever experienced with an organization the result of which he refused to refund the money saying that the strap had been worn (which it hadn't). I would not recommend this company or their inferior watch straps to anyone.
