Great quality strap considering I initially looked on another site.
Reasonably priced too and it looks good with the Apple Watch Series 6 Blue Aluminium. Can’t go wrong.

I ordered a watch strap for the new apple series 6. Immediately after it arrived I fitted it on the watch but to do so I needed to remove the label to get a proper fit. Unfortunately the deployment buckle is incorrectly shaped so the watch does not fit flush to the wrist. This means the features of the watch don't work and the strap is UNCOMFORTABLE. I immediately emailed the company (within one hour of receipt of the strap). They will not refund the money because the label had been removed (even though I subsequently refitted it). They claim this means that I must have worn the strap and they cannot take it back as it would be 'second hand'. Appalling Customer Service- I am still seeking a full refund and will let you know what happens...watch ( excuse the pun) this space!

The quality and attention to detail is beautiful on both the strap and packaging- accompanied by excellent customer service. I placed my order at 10am Friday and within 40 mins had an email from hermes telling me it was on its way. Parcel arrived this morning (Monday) at 10am. Absolutely outstanding turnaround. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered 3 AirPods cases.. 2 arrived so I emailed to explain within a week - I got a bit of a rude email asking why I didn't email sooner (not like we've all had nothing going on the past few months) - I was told the missing case would be sent out straight away.. it wasn't and has never arrived. I've emailed asking for a refund and heard nothing. I want a refund for the missing case!!!

This business basically sell straps priced at the same level as apple straps but are nowhere near the same quality.
Furthermore, they have poor customer service and very peculiar refund policies that it's very difficult to get a refund once purchased.

I have already written a review here, which is the only time I’ve received a response from MintApple.
I have tried all the ways I can to get in touch, via email (with several emails to the info@ address and one to the returns@ address), twice on the contact us link on their website and even found a telephone number in yell.com (no answer). My order was confirmed on the 8th June, so you can imagine my frustration.
If MintApple see this, please send me a refund as soon as possible and confirm you have done so, as I no longer wish to receive this product (I’ve given up waiting for any response from this company and want my money back!) If the company responds here, and says they have not seen my emails, then that’s their issue and perhaps they should check their spam/junk folder regularly as I’m not the only person to have experienced this!

Overcharged me, didn’t send the products out. When emailed about not receiving order, the customer service was appalling - extremely rude. Requested refund, which they ignored and over a month later sent the product which is a standard silicone product made in bulk in China and is available from amazon for a fraction of the price. Avoid at all cost.

Excellent quality Leather Exotic strap. Very robust and stylish watch strap with lots of colours. Customer service and Custom shop team are so helpful and lovely. Definately would recommend Mint Apple

Really good customer service. I made a mistake on my order placed in the evening and the next morning customer support had already responded to my query and amended my order as well as applying the welcome discount I forgot.

Saw them on the internet and bought a link bracelet for a Apple Watch as considerably cheaper then apple....Placed order on the 3rd of may, didnt hear anything so chased order 8th may, they told me item had been out of stock and that it was now back in and that the tracking number would be sent the following day and the order sent out..... heard nothing, chased no less then 3 times on emails, and twice through their website message service, no reply. Order turned up today 22 may.... blow this has all happened during covid, however the total lack of communication and follow up has been shocking, all vendors are going through covid but non have been this appalling. Item itself is ok, it takes a lot of force to lock the bracelet back done once opened, feels like your damaging the mechanism, but time will tell....

In response to your reply mintapple... I have received literally no replies to my emails, this has been your first communication to me .. if you can send me copies to my email address of what you responded to within 48 hours I would be happy to update my review .... I’m not in the business of making things up to badmouth companies but if you review the other poor review on here you will see they all have a similar theme around service and lack of responses.

Dreadful customer service. Received a watch strap 5 days ago that i purchased for my husband as a gift. He did not like it so i asked for the return address and they are refusing to refund my money as they said i bought it on the sale. I can confirm i DID NOT buy it on sale but they applied a 10% discount on checkout as i entered my email address onto the mailing list. I suspect they use the 10% discount as a way of getting out of making a refund for unwanted products.

I will never buy from this company again.

Suede strap is very good, fits well and is comfortable - would have given 5* if it wasn't for the price.

Great fitting bands and some great choices, all really well priced. Can’t fault them :)

Product has been good but customer service absolutely horrific.

Ordered on 7th November, functioning product finally received late January!

Paid for express delivery, it took 3 weeks to arrive with no correspondence despite contacting them every other day.

Then one of the pins burst in the watch strap, again I emailed numerous times over the course of 3 weeks and when I mentioned them having not replied they said if I was rude about their customer service then they wouldn’t respond to me ... I then said I would contact trading standards/the ombudsman and it all got sorted.

Paying the amount I did for this product, I would have expected better.

DO NOT BUY DIRECT AND GO THROUGH A STOCKIST!!

Excellent quality of the wristband (black silicon). Fast delivery and beautiful packaging. Definitely recommend and I’ll order again!
