Mortimers are an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Very honest and upfront, they don’t try to push you into buying a property that isn’t a good fit. Chloe, Leaoni, Jonathon and the rest of the team thanks very much from the Yates family!

Easy to deal with during the purchase of the property, however, it is worth noting that my estate agent changed several times throughout the process and my purchase only took 3 months

Leaoni was cracking! Kept me up to date and generally made the process a lot easier.

Really disappointed with the service we received. Had numerous things happen during our time that we wasn’t happy with. Eventually after we had a meeting we thought we was getting somewhere only to have very little more contact with them. Definitely would not recommend

I have been super impressed with Mortimer’s Accrington. From the very first meeting for the valuation until the handover of the keys everything has been outstanding. Every member of staff I have dealt with have been responsive, kind and efficient to help and guide you through the process of buying and selling a house. I would like to especially say a massive thank you to Chloe who has supported us through the whole process. We had a few bumps along the way which were not related to Mortimer’s and Chloe went above and beyond to help resolve the issue with our house sale. We will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did. I would highly recommend Mortimers for both buying and selling a house. They are a proactive, efficient, customer focused estate agency who have excellent communication throughout the process.

Did a fantastic job with the purchase of my 1st house, everything went smoothly and they were always there on the telephone or email when I needed to speak to them, always pleasant and polite 😊

Really Great company to deal with Always helpful when requesting information on our purchase .And fabulous communication between us and our seller .

Cannot praise Accrington Mortimers enough, Matt, Chloe and Jen have been amazing. I was very worried after a really bad experience with Duckworths but these guys proved to me how you run an estate agents! Professional, patient, courteous, respectful went above and beyond their roles. I would recommend them over any other in Accrington 1000% thank you from the bottom of my heart xx

Professional, so helpful, always kept me informed on how the marketing/sale/process of the house was going. Highly recommend Mortimers and we were lucky to get CJ, she knows who she is and we could not have done it without her. Great Customer service. Credit to the business. Thank you.

Leaoni was brilliant, she gave regular updates all through the buying and selling process from beginning to end.i would have no problem recommending Mortimers to other sellers.

We have recently sold our property with Mortimers ,we dealt with the lovely Chloe ,she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable and professional but so friendly and caring with it.We could not have done it without her. We are going to miss speaking to her on a weekly basis.
Mark and Janet Wilson

Friendly and helpful service.

Lovely friendly staff. Kept me regularly informed. Would definitely recommend

The whole of the team offered great service from valuation to completion. We were given a realistic valuation in a difficult market, the whole of the staff familiarised themselves with what our property had to offer and with their knowledge of buyers we soon had an acceptable offer. Throughout the sale we were given support which made the whole process much less stressful. I highly recommend Mortimer's for their market knowledge, professionalism and friendly team who ensure you feel they are doing everything they can to find a buyer for your property.

I cannot rate this Estate Agency more highly! Chloe was outstanding! She was extremely professional in every aspect of buying my new home. She went over and above her duties with a particularly difficult transaction. Fantastic!

Everybody I dealt with was very helpful and professional and very responsive

Mortimers Accrington are amazing. They sold my house within a few days and the whole process was so easy and effortless. The advisors were very professional and supportive and helped with any queries in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their house.
